I've worked with actual reiki masters. These other noises are unnecessary and disturbing during an actual session. I don't even understand what you're trying to do here. It's horrible

Wow! I don’t know what it is exactly but something about the ambiance of this video especially made it really easy for me to just empty my mind and just be at peace inside my head without having a bunch of racing thoughts of my work or anything really. Which felt REALLY nice because I have not been focused on ANYTHING but my work this whole year so far, so it felt really nice to just have a moment of peace for a while. my best friend and coworker ratted me out to my boss today! I never tattle on her when she comes in late - we all have trouble sometimes. But she completely sold me out. I feel so sad. I don't mind being held accountable for my mistakes, I feel sad that she betrayed me. I am writing this here because I am seriously grateful for the reiki precepts. I will not act from a place of anger. I repeated this and I remembered not to be angry and short tempered towards my friend. She probably didn't even really mean to do it.
