Just found your channel. I used to be a person rooted in reason and science but slowly, I'm realizing the true impact of Christianity for the world and what these stories are truly saying to our experience as humans. We all have a destiny to follow and when we turn our lives over to God, we realize the true nature of this world.

Hugh Ross is a Christian scientist who explains science and how it matches perfectly with the Bible. His love for the Lord led him to his career. He's made it his mission to let us know how (from human perspective) all is good - just as the Lord says. How it all fits according to the scriptures.

I think Moses was reluctant to do God's bidding because he lacked confidence in himself. But then God convinced him. Who is God? He is the Creator and King of the Universe, and the Source of all good. HIs very nature is love. At least that's my take on it.

He has a plan for everyone. He chooses everyone, but it’s your choice whether you want to walk in His plan or not. The question isn’t “Do you believe in what God says?”, it’s “Do you believe in yourself to do what God says?” Moses could’ve ran away with his wife and children after what God had commanded Him, but he didn’t, why? Because even though he lacked confidence, his faith was much stronger.

Great video, I came here because I watched "Prince of Egypt" with my nephew and the inaccuracies bothered me. One note, Isreal isn't God's first born son (as far as i understand) but throughout the bible, He treats them as a daughter/bride. Jesus is the first and only begotten (born) son of God. Thanks for the informative video brother!

I have never made the connection with Egyptian language, although I have long suspected that the Israelites took good Egyptian stories and made them their own. In Hebrew, there are no vowels, so I would imagine the name and stories through lots of interaction with Egyptians might have been merged into the canon. They couldn't place Israelites in Egypt, but they could place a random Israelite into Egypt at some old past date.

By the 10th year after his departure isack was born. Years later isaac n his kids will Go bk to egypt again. So pyramids existed b4 the sons of israel built them but maybe more pyramids were built by israel Slaves

If the exodus story happened as the Bible described there's no way ramses is the Pharoah. The land was devastated, they lost their free labor and most of the army was drowned in the sea. There is zero indication from history that Egypt had this issue during his reign. Ramses started strong and got stronger.
