i always felt like Mr. Moseby as the kind of relucant father/mentor figure whom grows to love the group or at least enough of them to grow connections and keep in touch. liker he was always so strict but well meaning, i never saw anytime where he acted in some way where he was "evil" or whatever. he wanted to do his job but he also cared about Zach and Cody and so on to a certain point and more over time

It's funny how as the Disney sitcom progressed they stopped making crossovers and references to other shows, meanwhile Nickelodeon sitcoms can't go a single episode without making a reference to previous shows (thanks to Dan [REDACTED] ego). These Nick crossovers and references got progressively weirder, since they can't decide what's reality and what's fiction. As Quinton Reviews explained, the only logical explanation is the the Nickelodeon Multiverse is constantly overlapping at a quantum level not defining a single real universe.

The fact that so many of this shows co-exist with "Wizards of Waverly Place" kinda changes the way you look at some of the more grounded ones because you know there's this whole secret society of wizards and magical creatures that control the universe from the shadows...not to mention superheroes, bionic humans and a talking dog I'm from Argentina so seeing you mentioned Peter Punk awakened a hidden memory (same with the other latin american shows you mentioned like Violeta), but I had no idea they had a crossover with Zeke and Luther even though I was obsessed with that show as a kid.

I don't know if this breaks anything, but in the argentinian show Violetta there were cameos from Bridgit Mendler and Ross Lynch as themselves, and in Soy Luna Dove Cameron and Sofia Carson appeared also as themselves, but given the Peter Punk connection it creates this weird paradox in wich both are cannon, kinda like how Ashley Tisdale and Maddie co exist as well.

I wrote like 10 paragraphs btw I'm gonna shorten it (in case I say something without proper context) DC (probably Marvel but I know for DC) has very important rules in their multiverses For example DC's multiverse is the sphere you see when you look up "DC multiversity" but the multiverses are just one of countless within the overvoid (and there are several uncountable/"infinite" layers [infinity is a paradox unless bound by something but it does work as a relative term) Okay I think I can simply explain it this way: He ignored the concept of sleeping beauty existing alongside Okay I just realized, He's been calling them Earth prime, if we're basing them off the prime universe then this isn't a multiverse review, thats part of the distinction The prime universe makes the other universes, superman and Dr. Manhattan killing each other caused Superman's plot armor (plot armor is a power in DC, litterally no joke and it can be overpowered) to recreate the multiverse And worst of all there's a concept called pataphysics, Superboy prime in one of his issues (I'm not good at/don't try remembering titles) reads his own comic which means that comic book contains him reading his own comic And the microverse+multiverse exists which means he's creating an infinite set of self-creating infinite sets self-creating more infinite sets (Next part is not related to DC or Disney it's just an extension upon above in case you're interested) Although personally I like to think of a sort of meta-pataphysics where the infinite set creation breaks down due to sheer chance (quantum chaos, it's not that complex don't work its just chaos + quantum mechanics, the quantum many worlds theory specifically), like every self-creating set somehow spontaneously has the comic books burn up preventing any future infinite set, which each infinite set makes it infinitely less likely for the infinite sets to stop forming which basically makes it impossible but it's theoretically possible.

Back in 1988 Disney had the "Mickey's 60th Birthday" which treated Micky Mouse and his friends as if they were living actors. The cross over would include, Roger Rabbit, Cheers, Golden Girls, Family Ties, and L.A. Law. Also Boy Meet World had a cross over with Sabrina the Teenage Witch twice. It goes even deeper as most of the TGIF block had some kind of cross over. In one episode of Family Matters Steve Urkel mentions knowing Cory from Boy meets world.

The Steve Urkel/entire TGIF lineup connection made sense to me because of ABC, but seeing you unpack it all was hilarious! Given that you found connections with The Hughleys and The Parkers, Moesha is also part of the Disney multiverse (which makes sense in my mind as well) Plus another case of doppelgangers with Good Luck Charlie for The Hughleys and Jessie for Moesha

U forgot Bridgit Mendler she got 8 doppelgängers. Teddy from Good luck Charlie show/ movie, She was in JONAS played Penny, she was in Wizards of waverly pl as Juliet, and she was in Lemonade mouth as Olivia. She also was on Jesse, Violeta, Prankstars, and So random by herself

Disney often put kid stars in current episodes of shows to see if they will be able to carry a show as a lead or the side character, hence why China from Ant farm had appearances in Wizards, Hannah Montana and Jonas, same with Cameron Boyce too

I appreciate that you acknowledged Everything, Everywhere, All at Once. It's probably the best multiverse movie out there. It's only competitor has to be Into the Spiderverse.

I’d love to see a video like this for the animated Disney shows because you can find a lot of interesting connections in those. For example, Pepper Ann appears in the background of an Amphibia episode.

One thing to add, the Marvel movies are actually officially fictional movies in the main universe. I only know this because of a recent rewatch, but a Wizards S2 episode that aired in 2009 (the same year Disney bought Marvel months after the episode aired) has characters refer to Robert Downey Jr's Iron Man as a movie.

Gonna add two more to your Earth Prime. Sabrina had two crossover episodes with Boy Meets World. once when Sabrina was Jack's "witch girlfriend" and one prior which was a massive TGIF event involving a "Time Ball" which would also put two (failed) shows on the list, Teen Angel and You Wish. they're unimportant other than angels and genies are established twice in the multiverse now through both these shows and Wizards of waverly place.

yeah and also taking into account that in Zack and Cody ithey have HSM episode where they mention that Ashley Tisdale as the actress on HSM and Maddie the character coexist and people can't see the resemblance between them, the same happens with Bridgit mendler and other guess stars on latinamerican tv shows like Ross Lynch and Dove Cameron, so having the actor exist doesn't break canon it just how the world works.

I have to make kind of a massive correction: Peter Punk and Violetta are connected, the band performed in the show. But Soy Luna and every show you mentioned after are not connected two the first two, Tini Stoessel (the actress who palyed Violetta) appears in Soy Luna as herself, not Violetta, so yeah, those shows are in another earth technically :) Actually, I think each of those shows might be in a different earth, because actors from Peter Punk play importantt characters in Juacas and Once, as well as an actress from Juacas playes the main character in Bia 🤔, Wow this is so complicated when I start to think about it.

Consider this theory: every appearance of the Muppets is not considered a crossover with the Muppets as an entity, but is instead considered a celebrity guest appearance, because they are always playing themselves. The 70s Muppet Movie is an autobiography and the Muppet Show is basically SNL.

I’m glad you brought up the DCLA shows, cause they really are an entire little thing of their own and I tbh wish they got more recognition (they’re all on D+!) The most confusing thing is between Violetta and Soy Luna, where it’s confirmed they take place in the same universe, but ALSO, Violetta’s actress appears as herself. UNLESS they took the Violetta movie canon where it’s revealed Violetta’s ”true” name was her actress’ name 🤣 (but none of us want to consider the movie canon, because it’s BAD and completely disregards the show). Also a bunch of DC actors appear in the shows - Bridgit Mendler, Ross Lynch with R5, Sabrina Carpenter, Sofia Carson and Dove Cameron

Just saying but the tales of the parents in Descendants are well known. It isn't without reason that Mitchel Musso's character from Pair of Kings would still know of Aladdin without the movie.

I personally would include the Ultimate Spider-Man crossover, but all that really does is separate three specific shows from the universe. I just think it's funny to think that the Disney Channel Sitcom Universe is technically a Marvel Universe.

It's not really a stretch since super Sentai( the show that was adapted as power rangers) is part of the marvel multiverse, marvel even made power rangers comics, then their are Godzilla and transformers marvel comics that connect them, and technically every other licensed comic marvel/ dc has made of other franchises would count, even freaking m&ms and colonel sanders,( yes marvel made m&Ms comics and DC made kfc books😂😅🤣 ).

To me it's strange he was very firm on Ultimate Spider-Man being non-canon while including Aaron Stone, Crash and Bernstein, and Kirby Buckets which all have thinner evidence

In Season 2, ep 14, One of Mighty Med's Superheros directly says "Is full house still on" I wouldn't expect everything to be perfect here but if we want to make our own canon here, my guess is that some things have their own versions that don't contradict itself just to make it less complicated because of course there's going to be contradictons. This video is still absolutely amazing with how much effort was put into it.

In the episode, “No Escape” from The Villains of Valley View, the villains go back to Centropolis to battle the head of villains to get their son back. In the background of Centropolis, there’s a store called “Brittany Nashville”, which is a brand that was a main part of the Sydney to the Max episode, “Honey, You Shrunk the Fit”. I don’t think the creators of VOVV had any involvement with Sydney to the Max at all, but I hope that easter egg was intentional!

The Disney Channel Universe is one I'd love to live in over the Marvel Cinematic Universe! There, I can take a cruise on the SS Tipton to Wakanda to see Hannah Montana and Iron Weasel perform and then use the do-over watch from Pair of Kings to relive it all over again. BTW, the same Spider-Man that crossed over with Jessie is the same one who crossed over with Phineas & Ferb alongside The Avengers.

Are you sure it's the same Spider-Man? He's voiced by the same actor but he (and the rest of the Avengers) have different personalities and behave much differently from the Ultimate Spider-Man show. I would not argue that they are the same heroes from the Ultimate Spider-Man continuity.

Fun fact : The first original version of "As the bell rings" was French and it was called "Trop la classe" with longer episode. It was very successful so Disney Channel France tried to export it internationally :)

ANT Farm also is connected via Liv and Maddie + Hannah Montana thanks to the Z Phones from the 4th or 3rd season moge to Z Tech

43:38 not every crossover is always canon and seeing how booker never mentioned anyone else from rh in his saturdays episode(plus how rh has a laugh track while saturdays is single camera), that would most likely be non-canon(idk ion even like the show saturdays but i saw someone who did watch it talk ab what happens w booker in the episode). plus copyrighted material is mentioned in many tv shows, so if laugh track & single camera shows physically cannot take place in the same universe, either aaron stone would exist as a tv show to the dcu OR the dcu would exist as television to aaron stone’s universe(w hero rising existing as a copyrighted video game in both universes) (the main disney movies[and most likely also the descendants franchise]exist as movies to the dcu since raven[well, booker as raven since they switched bodies in the episode lmao]mentions mulan as a movie in the rh s2 halloween episode + brady basically mentions aladdin as a movie in the 1st pair of kings episode)

I don't know if you remember the High School Musical episode of Suite Life, in it they make quite the predicament, actors and people that look like said actors can coexist in the same universe and no one seems to recognize it or bat an eye about it, giving the possibility of more shows could be on earth prime

I loved this. It gave the most and I'm here for it. I'm sure you can even connect Earth prime to the video connecting all videogames to the same universal timeline that Game Theory did ages ago. There is a stronger connection between Boy Meets World and Family Matters than the one mentioned in the video. Dana from Step-By-Step appears in BMW in the Disney World Episode and Steve Urkel appears twice in Step by Step. This is a pretty good video that opened my eyes to how almost all of TV is connected! It’s pretty interesting how this universe expands from 1986 to today (1957 is leave it to beaver is included).

I hope you do videos on Aaron Stone and Tower Prep because I've never seen anyone talk about them and they were my 2 favorite shows growing up that just seemingly never get talked about

Um actually... Earth prime was created from the void, from the loving Zach and Cody, who saw entertainment and decided that all was not well. In order to bring us knowledge of true entertainment, they left us with a gift. Zeke and Luther, who were brought down to us as a holy gift, too good for us. Too perfect, that the dreaded Lab Eats came to strike them down to spite the benevolent gods. However, Zeke and Luther are with the great creators, Zack and Cody, all waiting for us to join them in sitcom heaven. And like Mr. Moseby is the archangel or something.

You have to do a Nickelodeon multiverse! There are so many shows that are connected but also not because a few of those shows are reality shows in the Dan Schneider universe that it gets confusing.

Someone in a different comment mention how someone once theorized that the Nick multiverse is like several universes that sometimes overlap so for the most part, each show is sometimes separate universes, but when they overlap, their canons line up so that what's true in one universe is true in another until they stop overlapping and become reality shows again.

Pretty neat video for the Disney multiverse. One critique I have though is that you tend to say "please be patient" or "just wait" or "stay with me" a bit too much that it gets a bit grating. Stop worrying! We're still watching.

I'm super intrigued by the fact that both Wizards Of Waverly Place and Sabrins Ternage Witch take place in the same universe. What does that mean for the magic mechanics in this universe? Why does magic seem to work differently? Why is no one talking about this?

I’m in a similar boat. I found Mr. Nostalgia’s channel recently and I’ve been hooked. I love the deep dives/ analysis of everything, as well as integrating personal connections/experiences with these shows, that many of us resonate with as well. I just love it all and I also can’t wait to see more in store for 2023 ❤

My man has actual magic sitting right there and the lynchpin he uses is Urkel. Sensational.

There was also the Selena Gomez-guested episode of Sonny with plenty of Wizards of Waverly Place references

I expect Cartoon-Network to get this exact same treatment.

On the question of whether it's canon, I believe some parts are definitely meant to be in the same universe. Like Austin and Ally, Jesse, Zach and Cody, ect. You know, those 2000s and 2010s realistic fiction shows. Outside of that are reaches, like Lab Rata being a part of it. When including those fantastical shows, that version of the shared universe seems like an unintended consequence due to the number of crossovers, spinoffs, and easter eggs.

48:51, given the metafictional nature of Phineas and Ferb, I’m willing to accept Mission Marvel as part of their lore. (The Star Wars special explicitly said it wasn’t canon but this didn’t say that).

the Star Wars one wouldn't make sense as canon anyway because they're playing different characters, living on Tatooine. the Marvel one is written in a way that could be canon

Okay but since That’s So Sweet Life of Hannah Montana and Wizards of Deck with Hannah Montana prove that all three shows are connected, that also proves that Disney supports the Doppelgänger theory. Because Selena Gomez was in both Suite Life and Hannah Montana. Plus I also think in Wizards, someone says that Alex looks exactly like McKayla (The rival singer on Hannah Montana). Also the fact that Jessie and Bailey are in the same universe means that they are doppelgängers of each other. Also Victoria Justice and Daniela Monet are also in episodes of Suite Life of Zach and Cody, so is you believe in the doppelgänger theory, then you could make the assumption that Victorious could exist in the same universe of Earth Prime. That would also mean that since iCarly and Victorious are canonically in the the same universe, then that means that iCarly is also on Earth Prime.

Suite Life has multiple actors from Highschool Musical and also talks about Highschool Musical as a series of movies, so each of the actors in Highschool Musical exist as themselves in the Disney Channel universe as well as having doppelgängers. Honestly, doppelgängers are so common, Zack and Cody could disown each other and deny being related and people wouldn't think much of it

Muppet lore is actually pretty simple. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Muppets exist in that world as real life life celebrities.

If the Parkers are a part of the prime universe... shows like Moesha, Grownish, Blackish, and Mixedish all are a part of the prime universe as well. Parkers is a spinoff of Moesha. The parkers take place at the same college that Zoey goes to in Grownish, Cal U. Grownish is a spinoff of Blackish and Blackish has another spinoff, Mixedish.

pretty sure we're not literally supposed to see Lizzie and Sophie as the same character, they have completely different backstories. Sophie was raised by a single mom and had no siblings. I guess in-universe she just happened to have a best friend that looked like Miranda. too bad How I Met Your Father has been cancelled, it would have been cool if they had the actress who played Miranda guest star as Sophie's friend from childhood

I would actually argue, that characters knowing about comic book characters, as fictional characters, COULD work, 'cause Mighty Med litterally solves health issues, by knowing the super heroes comics by HEART

I don't know if anyone noticed but Bunk'd is basically a fleshed out version of those Suite Life of Zack and Cody episodes where Maddy and London work at summer camp. The camps look pretty similar too. I think the Suite Life version of camp was much darker than Bunk'd's was, but I feel like that is where the producers of Bunk'd got the idea from.

Pretty interesting since a few Disney Channel actors also acted in Arrowverse shows, most notably Danielle Panabaker and China Anne McClain.

at 20:30 I paused the video and audibly said "WHAT THE FUCK?" before unpausing it and realizing I was duped lmao. That one got me good, its one of those things that is so absurd I could do some mental gymnastics and think it was plausible.

So Weird is Amazing and I agree with your love for Zeke and Luther but I also like I'm in the Band.

This was an awesome vid! If you really like crossovers, you should look into the whole Tommy Westphall theory. Judging by the ending of the video, I'm sure you already know some of that information, but it would be pretty neat to have an updated video on such a topic.

I have a theory about Stuck in the Middle. Stuck in the Middle is nowhere in the disneyverse at all. The Diaz family are located on our earth IRL. For one thing, all of their locations are real-life ones. They live in Marshport and someone goes to Paris. For another thing, Rachel Platten makes a brief cameo in one of the episodes confirming that they live on our earth. Now you might be thinking if Pentatonix makes a cameo in K.C Undercover shouldn’t they be on planet earth too? Well, I have a theory that counteracts this. Pentatonix (and essentially every other mainstream artist that has a cameo besides Platten) goes on a tour throughout the universe. However they go too far and end up in the Disney multiverse. Since Judy is a robot, she can easily contact them, in space. Sorry if this is very long.

Funnily enough when you were talking about the Dog with a Blog and I'm in the Band connection, I thought you were gonna make a joke about both Stan (the dog) and Ash sharing the same voice actor in Stephen Full. But still amazing video! I had a chunk of this mapped out almost 7 years ago, but just like you everyone else already beat me to the punch!

You could’ve probably included the Nickelodeon sitcom universe with the Disney Channel Earth Prime, given that the Sunshine Girls Scout Troupe first appeared in “That’s So Raven” and was also featured in “iCarly” and a couple other shows.

This was an amazing watch, I’m a sucker for crossovers and connections between different franchises so it was nice to see someone putting a lot of research into this kind of topic However there is one thing I wanted to bring up, when talking about how Marvel and DC aren’t *entierly* connected to the multiverse, you brought up how Leo was surprised at their existence in the Mighty Med/Lab Rats crossover assuming they were fictional, however that was actually a plot point that was brought up long before that crossover happened In the first episode of Mighty Med, they explained that the reason why people don’t know superheroes exist is because they feel it’s best to wipe their memories containing all events involving interactions, and the reasons superhero comics exist is to archive their adventures as fictional stories. This event wasn’t brought up in the video (for fair reasons, there’s a lot of stuff to go over), but I wanted to ask if anyone had brought this up to you or if there was something that proved this explanation wrong?

There is a gwenpool comic where doctor strange sees our universe and comments on how Benedict Cumberbatch is a good actor to play him. Also Gwenpool is from our world who was transported into the comic universe

51:54 “my dad is Batman” this actually does make Batman canonical because of Mighty Med, in that show all comic books are actual real life events that are written using one of the character’s powers… unless Batman in that universe doesn’t originate from a comic book.

A little bit of a correction to this: Ambrose, the character in Mighty Med that makes the comic books, has clairvoyance and writes the comic books as the events happen. Batman wouldn't come from the comic book, he'd exist as a real person first.

I'm in the Band and Dog with a Blog shares the same actress playing the mom in each respective show, yet she's not the same character. if they're in the same universe, then at some point, the mom in I'm in the Band changed her name, abandoned her son, and married into this new family without ever mentioning her past life. understandable after all the shit Iron Weasel put her through, tbh.

There’s several doppelgängers in Jessie. The girl that plays Olive in ANT FARM is Creepy Connie. And in a different Creepy Connie episode (there’s multiple) Geniveve Hailuous (I can’t spell it) is the new Creepy Girl in Jessie. In addition, she shows up as Gabe’s friend in Good Luck Charlie.

I actually had a crossover idea between Raven's Home and Sydney to the Max, both were the only Discoms during their run that was close to good. Long story, Raven has a vision of intercom announcing a girl named Sydney will be arriving at a Chicago airport, thinking it's the little girl Sydney from the original series, but ends up meeting a different Sydney who's vacationing with her dad and grandma. But the other Sydney shows up at the end of the Raven episode. In the Sydney episode, the Baxter-Carter-Graysons follow the Reynolds' to Portland where Max realizes the girl he babysat when he was a kid vacationing in San Francisco was Raven who in the flashbacks is getting her first visions. In the present, Sydney and the Raven's Home kids make music together and plan a concert at the bike shop but Sydney becomes paranoid when Booker is forced to tell her that he had a vision of something ruining the concert. That's how I would've made the crossover.

My favorite part of this is that CaptainSparklez and StampyLongNose, who both appeared on Gamer’s Guide To Everything, are canon to Earth Prime, making Minecraft and possibly some other Minecraft KZreadrs canon by extension, going down rabbit holes to make Mr. Nostalgia himself canon.
