Oh really?! That's kind of sad, though I'm glad they got to hear him read. I've been trying to get my JW mother to listen to Suchets readings of the scriptures, but she only wants to listen to NWT versions. Maybe this way she still can hear him read. I just find his voice really relaxing, and enjoy his enunciation. Thanks for the info and please pray for my mum to be saved through the real Jesus Christ, not an archangel as they believe🙂

No - the JW s do NOT attest that Jesus was God in flesh. In Isaiah they have changed the words of chapter 9:6 that says "To us a child is born, to us a son is given and his name shall be called 'Wonderful Counsellor, MIGHTY God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. There shall be no end to the to the increase of His government and of peace. The JWs blaspheme - they have added "a" mighty God - they do not believe Jesus' complete divinity - in fact they disgustingly & vilely believe that Jesus is Michael the archangel. David Suchet does not read their evil, corrupted version of one of the most beautiful and affirming prophecies of Jesus' divinity. Don't believe such maligning, false info, designed to undermine basic Christian knowledge of the Truth. Please do not remain cynical about this wonderful free gift of audio scripture. ❤

True - no matter how much we love every verse in the Lord's perfect Word, it's not possible ( for you & me anyway) to memorise every name....much as we'd love to 💖 @@denisesmith3544

I’m making an effort to learn the word of God But I’m listening very closely, and I don’t like what I’m hearing He admits that he is jealous, and He tortures people and kills them. Even punishing babies for the sins of their parents. What do you think about those acts?
