I appreciate that this guide focuses on how much of a good unit Lee Hyperreal is, (high burst damage, high mobility, great survivability) theres so much misinformation running around freely with the usual 'powercrept'=weak type thing globlul players pull around. Thanks so much for including the "only firegod" Lee fire team. The fire team feels so expensive and hard to obtain with how spoiled we were with Liv and Rosetta being obtainable with little to no cost on Biancas banner I got Nanaskates and Sophia (SSS) but maybe I'll just use someone else in the meantime until I can get liv from Wintry Shackles (or go for the double Lee chaos)

oh thank god your guide is here. i skipped nanmech patch (i didnt really like how she played) but i gered Liv and Lee with their 6* weapon so im looking for alternatives. Great guide as always!

His story gonna be pretty sick I reckon. I heard he's the strongest omn atm only rivaled by CW later on. He got omega weapons and shit, completely immune to the virus. PS: So, Liv sucks it. Lee repels it. I wonder what Lucia gonna do. 🤔

​@@hyie6577 Liv Empyrea? She absorbs it thanks to the Omega weapon inside of her. She can suck out PV, purifying the target or even a large area of corrupted. The downside is that the Omega weapon has no control over how much it absorbs and will lead to Liv's M.I.N.D. to get overwhelmed by PV. In the other hand, Lee is the opposite(kinda), the Omega weapon inside of him makes him completely immune to corruption and PV, but he can't absorb the PV around him like Empyrea does.

I don't know, I was here for the guide but that intro got me.

I am ready for him , sig and fist pet. Can't wait to get em all 😊

Its still unfair that kuro didnt retain the time stop mechanic for lee's core passive ultimate and also they added a core passive cooldown even though he is a gen 2 omn. Fun fact: lee had a time stop on his core passive signature move during the beta test.

Yeah its like they were saying "Hey lets make the game kinda balanced" but then they made CW Alpha so they kinda fucked themselves in that regard lol. Although apparently CW wasn't supposed to be as powerful as she is but some dickheads bitched during her Beta so Kuro gave her a buff that it turns out she didn't fucking need so they accidentally made a character that just powercrept the whole game because of some assholes whining.

The reason his time stop got removed was playerbase backlash. Back then the concept of gen 2 wasn't that clear and people were still comparing new framea with gen1 and found the powercreep too ridiculous. Who would've thought he could be the weakest gen 2 attacker? We are all limited by our bias aren't we?

Trust me guys he's easy to master, hard to explain. Pretty braindead actually especially if you have his sig weapon and the meta fire team

I'd usually advise waiting for anniversary banners so you can guarantee the 100% rate up, usually characters on 70% rerun take a few months at least to come back.

Im currently on the road to SS Empyrea, do you suggest me to stop and SS Lee or continue with Empy first? It's a pain to SS characters if you are relatively new, im probably gonna be late for both Lee and CW at this point...

Ss the 2nd Gen attackers first, so yes lee. And yeah it's rough in the beginning but over time you'll get more ppc skulls.

Afterglow is always useful, deadline depends on the attacker, their rank and the team rotation.

If you're trying to get cw and lee, you'll have enough. If you're trying to get them and the bianca coating then no, it costs a lot.

@@mwx5314 I know that having nanamech or pulse would be better, but I have neither and an off element tank won't be much help, hes mostly only going to be there to help liv proc da vinci and since he uses fire damage it's better than nothing (Plus since he's SSS + Sig he'll do about as much damage as an omn even with the debuff)

I know the core passive extension (hold down attack) move isn't meta and doesn't get used but it looks so damn cool I gotta use it. The same way D.Karen's ability animations look great but you never use them since you just spin, I'll still ping them on occasion just to see them since they're cool.

@@Spider2B Plus there's sort of a way to stay in his core mode for a really long time if you use red or yellow ping right before the hold down attack (if it works how I think it does.)

you get 3 skills of the same color when hyperspace ends, which is pretty nice to get ult energy or a free bullet stack (idk if this was mentioned)

You might want to mention Shakespeare gets buffed in the future, and with Harmonization system, 4P Turing + 4P Shakespeare will be his new strongest memory set combo (SS3+). This means SS3 and above can opt to place 2P Cottie or 2P Darwin at the bottom row, for when 2P Shakespeare replaces them eventually.

I should've seen this video before I did a 10 pull for his 5 star weapon. I got Hyperreal from the standard banner and I found his playstyle to be a lot of fun, even for a casual like me who alternates between PC and mobile. I find it crazy how I began playing again today I’m only a lvl 53 and tell me how I pull Lee in one ten pull and he is the character I wanted so bad now I’m gonna begin playing again im also waiting for alpha to she’s my number 1 fav

I have questions: 1) Comparatively in CUB power, is Punchy better than the Alpha's bike or do any other future CUBs provide better all around utility for all team comps (like how Bianca's has grouping)? Would it be worth going for Punchy CUB if I plan on getting SS and Signature for Lee? 2) Are all future upcoming S rank characters going to be needing at least SS for relatively smooth loops? I would like to work my way towards SSS Selena, but don't wanna use up my skulls if they're better used for Alpha CW, Ayla, or any of the other future constructs.

1. Cw and ayla's cubs have grouping along with buffs so they are higher priority if you can't afford to pull pets every patch. But his pet is pretty good buff to his dmg if you can qfford to get it. 2. Yes. New ultimate paincage bosses will grant some skulls to compensate though.

The character is free, only the weapon is 7500 bc and its permanently 80% so no worries about that.

Yea I used him in Cursed waves and it took me like 6 battles to get used to not holding dodge after using crimson weave

Thso guy is fun as hell to play, and I almost pulled for him, but restrained myself as the character, the reason I started this game is coming, Crimson Weave, I WILL get her, Of course am still gonna be super jealous of people who have lee but oh well

Is there a point pulling for him as a new player who doesn't have any of the other characters you showed to make a team? I could skip him and make a lightning team instead, possibly. Like half of the video were instructions on how to use two completely different characters that I have never seen before. i don't have have them, so is there a point for me specifically?

SS eventually. It helps smooth his rotation a lot but he's not absolutely unusable without it.

I got him for free in Free Omn banner. I haven't used my S rank Selector, should I pic Liv Empyrea? Plus should I get liv emp weapon and hyperlee weapon? I can afford both. Thanks for the advice.

I wouldn't worry about Harmonization, it's far away and lee is not a priority

He's not a prio compared fo other gen 2's but 4 shakespeare if you really want to harmonize him.
