Seems to me a right-wing conspiracy theorist these days is anyone who can think and express one or more thoughts that may (at that time) deviate from the prescribed, mainstream narrative. That's it, that's all it takes.

I'm 77 and after having been so close to WWII I didn't want to believe that this could happen. I'm an avid history reader so I know that all of this is true and it's happening now. I know how to survive adversity but I watch those around who don't. The time has come for them to experience it and to realise that they too can survive it and become stronger and who they were meant to be. To live up to their potential. I believe our innate survival instinct is still strong, but the most important thing is HOW we go about surviving, hopefully in a way that uplifts our species in a good way. One of the the best seminars I've seen in a very long time. Richard is a realist.

Beautiful. I had long ongoing trauma inflicted on me as a young child and then spent over 40 years trying to "fix" myself with the "help" of the psy sciences. What helped me move on from it is the idea that PTSD is mis-named with the inclusion of the "D"....it is not a disorder but a normal reaction to an abnormal amount of BS that happened then, not now. Proof of my success is not dependent on the total absence of anxiety or sadness.

We (Australia) are rising up Rich - you are just not being told about it by legacy media. We are protesting and hitting not only the capitals but regional cities as well. It's the normal matrix b/s 24/7. I can see what Professor Mattias Desmond refers to now as "mass formation psychosis" and we are right in the thick of it. What you have talked about in this presentation lines up perfectly. We were and still are at that point but now mass formation psychosis has set in as well.

There are a ton of scholarly reports regarding the infantile mass psychosis of western consumer societies that have been recently released. In 20 years I have not found a single person willing to push back here in Melbourne, and have been jailed 3 times now as a whistle blower, that required the complicity of scum sucking lackeys of the legal and psychiatric community, who refuse to bite the hand that feeds them. In one case a domestic violence murderer walked free. Protests have to break free of the so called legal constraints of holding signs and signing petitions, as this is just asking "pretty please" for change...to which "fuck you", is the common response. The government was self appointed by the landowners, they have no right to rule fullstop, and the police have no right to lay a finger on anyone.

I have had a mixed response to Richard over the years. At first, I thought he was accurately describing a series of bad girlfriends I'd had but then I realized one of them had seen his videos and thought it was describing me. In my mind, I had only ever given and given, making sacrifice after sacrifice but when we talked, many years after the divorce, we each found the similar issues with the other. I am a strident individualist who desperately misses human warmth but who can't find anyone who measures up to the family I was born into. In my mind, she was shallow, grasping and attention seeking but to her I was stifling and judgmental. So I came to the conclusion that viewing people as narcissists is often counter-productive and leads even more people to view themselves as victims when there may well be things they were doing wrong as well. This lecture blew my mind. Richard, if you're still reading, this was easily as good as a Jordan Peterson interview with significantly more humour and it landed mate. Honestly, this is the best lecture I've seen in a long time. And no, I'm not blowing smoke. It's really useful.

I remember those videos in the beginning. They got me through a really tough break up with someone who is a malignant narcissist. However further listening I began to realize I too had some of these traits. It takes a really dare I say ballsy person to face what and who we are. It’s not everyone else and not ourselves too. It’s all of us, it’s the human condition and we if we keep denying the truth we will remain this emotional pansies that can not handle the smallest blip let alone a mountain of an issue. It’s time to wake up and grow and reconnect after the trauma heals and we stop projecting our weaknesses but instead overcome them.

This was infinitely better than anything I’ve ever heard come out of Peterson. His speech and his attempts to explain concepts so often come out as incoherent word salad. Sometimes it almost seems like he doesn’t know where he is, briefly, now and then. But what’s the worst to me is him offering the most basic rules and guidelines about modern existence in our society as if it’s his contribution to the species- except there’s no one who hasn’t heard “make your bed”, and “clean up after yourself” a million times while growing up, and we’re all still aware that if we followed those recommendations our lives would almost certainly be much better. And yet... does that re-hashing of an overdone parental lecture inspire up to jump into action? Rarely.

  • @dickylorin4001

This kinda fits in to the theory that is quite narcissistic to watch videos in order to confirm you're partner is a narcissist. I say that with jest and not accusationally really but my issue always has been Gannon, who does great work ofc, has ended up with a small section of his audience as projecting narcissists. The bottom line is there's too many people with negative traits to bin every person that may appear on some sort of behaviour spectrum. It's a world of trauma. My exs have their truths and I have mine. Accepting that is the key to not only staying friends but being there for them in future. Jumping from person to person obsessing that they may not be 'pure' might not help the species move forward in the end. Obviously people in abusive relationships do need to save themselves first ofc. Thank you for your post it was very measured.

My late husband and I became so compatible over the years that we were on the same brain wave length. So many times one of us would say something and the other one would say, "I was thinking the exact same thing." After he died, and I was drawing up plans to remodel the kitchen (and the house, overall), I realized that marriage makes you less selfish because you have to take someone else's thoughts and feelings into consideration. Although it was easy for me to remodel the house just the way I wanted it without having to take the time to get someone else's opinion or argue about anything or compromise what I wanted, I realized that compromise was necessary to make me a better person. Just like with children, nobody should get everything they want every time.

"The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people's door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy... but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men who just wanted to be left alone." - Author Unknown

I’m 61 and was taught by the Great Depression/WW2 generation, and trust me they reaffirmed that on a daily basis to us. THIS right here is what Psychology degrees should be used for. Vids like this and Jordan Peterson vids are day by day DE blinkering people from the proverbial matrix where we ARE being used as a simple revenue stream. This guy could easily do stand up. (Love the Eddie Izzard impressions) but I imagine he is too humble to even consider that as it would feel too narcissistic. My ex wife became a grandiose narcissist after taking a job with a 12k a year pay increase. Became the fashionista, the typical quintessential mid life crisis melt down of panicking and thinking there was something better out there. Last 2 yrs were hell until I had to leave. I treated it as a bereavement as the person i once met and loved had essentially died. Throw into the mix a pandemic, toxic teenage step kids and a hysterectomy too and i never stood a chance. Thank fucking Christ for people like this guy and the vids which peel the scales from peoples eyes. Every 10 generations (250 years) Empires crumble and something new comes along. Knowing this and being on this precipice of this transformation gives those who are aware an overwhelming advantage few have. It gives you a chance to build yourself stronger, physically, emotionally and tactically. It primes you to know what to look for, what you are witnessing and why and how to best deal with the scenario. The UK especially which is fast becoming the next Venezuela is being bled by these psychopath politicians as they themselves KNOW what is mentioned in this seminar to be true. They are getting ready to abandon that metaphorical ship and we the dependent trusting sheep will be left in the aftermath. Democracy in the UK is 2 wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner. There is no first or 2nd amendment here, you cant even defend yourself or even your own home properly without being criminalised. They pretend to be surprised at how bad public relations are between public and police when the masonic masters are sanctioning jackboots to kick down peoples doors to take away a plant they smoke which makes them calm. But hey guess what, brain stem destroying alcohol is still legal as it can be taxed. They create laws which say "Innocent until proven guilty" but if you ARE innocent, youre still going to be put into a claustrophobic cell for the night suffering one panic attack after another. WHEN it does kick off and WHEN there is no more shits given about consequences by the public in the way that criminals behave, then those above mentioned pencil necked vampires better stay hidden deep in their bunkers because they'll most likely end up the star of their very own colonel Gadhafi type video. You can only push people so far, and this kakistocracy is doing it more and more every day until there will be an irreversible flashpoint.

There is a distinct difference in your persona and style that everyone notices. You care, and you are the furthest thing from that "hey there 😉" super-stud, nauseating lifestyle-hustler coach. Your concern, your research, all of it, is the reason people are so comforted by your presence. That's the purpose of life. To solve problems. That's why we big brains. So get a grip! Define the problem and then work at developing a solution. And find joy and gratitude in everyday life. This is an amazingly well done and accurate seminar about what's going on in the world. I have one little thing that I would have never understood till I lived it. You talked about Able-ism. I have struggled with a chronic illness for 5 yrs. Long story short, I have a genetic disorder that gets worse when you have a child. I've had 2 kids 10 yrs apart because of how bad I felt during and after the first pregnancy. Anyway, able-ism is an issue in ways you could never understand until you live it. Yes there are people who milk the system, and there are people who are overly sensitive. But there are drs who refuse to help people figure out what's going on because they think of you are walking when you walk in you are fine. I'm 100% with you that we are becoming too sensitive, but people who have real issues need things like drs who listen, ramps for their wheelchairs, not to have people judge them for wearing a medical brace, or think they are stupid Because they can't hear and attack them for it. These are real things, real people who could add to the community but are shunned, belittled, abused, and ignored because of preconceived ideas. That's the able-ism that I fight against and I'm just as passionate about it as you are about narcissistic behavior. In fact, it's usually the narcissistic drs that mistreat the disabled. I'm going to stop there because I absolutely love everything about what you've said here but there does need to be more understanding about the whole able-ism thing. If you ever want to talk about it, let me know.

A lot of the trouble you're facing with doctors could be (or may not be) due to where you're located. My experience is that doctors in small Texas towns don't know much, don't keep up with new knowledge, and won't think outside the box. Doctors in Southern California, especially Orange County, believe that if the problem is not in *their* specialty, then the patient is making it up, it's not real. Doctors in the Seattle area, except for Kaiser, are good doctors -- they listen (I've had off-topic chit-chat show up in my records, they listen so well), if they don't know what the problem is, they'll think of six other doctors that might, and then they'll make arrangements for you to be seen by each of those doctors. Best medical care I've ever had access to. I did have access to good medical care in Orange County, but I had to blow thru numerous doctors to find one who would actually pay attention and take the trouble to think. So glad I'm in the Seattle area now -- UW Medical System all the way! It's Awesome!

I understand. I'm a single parent myself and it's a full-time gig. You want to protect your kids and shelter them, trust me I know... but you can't. You clearly care because your asking the question so, they have a dad that cares for them on their side. That matters more then you know. You can't control what your ex does so do the best you can. Your kids will turn out just fine... just keep loving them and cherishing them as you keep striving to live in awareness and connectivity. They'll remember it. Circumstances change constantly and I hope yours does for the better. The best thing you can do is while you do have them with you is to be the aware and present parent you aspire to be. Also, I was the child in the same situation once upon a time. Your kids will be resilient in this situation and when they do have struggles as the get older (we all experience trauma - per Richard) you'll be there with understanding to guide them through.

@Gimple Thanks dude. I disagree about climate change. It's a scientific fact pure and simple. However I totally agree about the propaganda and political response. It's virtue-signalling bollocks aimed at emptying public coffers in favor of lining the pockets of govt cronies. If you wanna actaully do something about it, pay engineers, not politicians or environmentalists who have NFI what they are doing. It's also a distraction from many other important issues like depletion of our oceans due to strip-trawling and over-fishing, reduction of habitats leading to mass extinctions and dangerous reduction in biodiversity etc etc. As for your "awake but not woke" revolution, it's happening dude. I've been to a few Freedom Rallies in Sydney among 10s of thousands of awake people. It's amazing! Like swimming in an ocean of human love and solidarity. There is a spiritual awakening happening and I feel privileged to be a part of it. If we can band together and form communities of awake individuals, we have the technology now to be utility-independent, so with a little farming as well, we could be self-sufficient. If we keep community sizes below the Dunbar number (around 130) we can avoid corruption and share our resources/possessions. With something like open-source religion as well we can share mythological frameworks to convey meaning free of dogma and spiritual totalitarianism. If we can avoid "Build Back Better", we have a chance to enter a golden age of humanity. I thank you for your insightful and detailed comment. It is always uplifting to hear from others who recognize the obvious gaslighting we are currently living through.

@@alaricgoldkuhl155 I really appreciate what you wrote. It was great. But scientific fact? Ummmm, no it's not! What does that actually mean anyway? Einstein was once asked to comment on the scientific fact question. He responded by saying he wasn't an authority in the matter and the question was too hard to answer!! So facts/proof? Not sure about that mate.

What you said around the 40 min mark was mind blowing, we've turned into a death cult and have become risk adverse, ultimately becoming anti life in the process. I've been following your channel for years (since you brought up Pete Walker's book on CPTSD) and have been going to therapy (both individual and intensive outpatient) to me it not only has felt like people are becoming mentally ill as we go along and ideology becomes dogma but it also makes me wonder how people who have struggled with trauma are supposed to see hope or want to build on the future. It is something I struggle with personally, I remember you saying I should try out some Martial Arts (during one of your Q and A's with Pierre) as a way of building something solid for myself, I am working towards building up my resiliency and my sense of spirituality to go in tandem with my diagnosis. I know we aren't only our trauma but my mental health needed structure (to become healthier) and deconstruction for the unhealthy patterns and sense of shame- negative self talk I've struggled with for years.

I've come to a realization that I believe it is imperative that we indivituals should take 100% responsibility for ourselves. We should be teaching our children to be totally responsible for themselves and we should be leading by example. We should be 100% responsible for every action, thought, deed that we make, we should face our responsibilities and our wrongs without blaming others. In order for us to do this, we have to face our truth, we have to face our weaknesses, our limitations, and be able do it with courage, humility and grace. I think we have been tricked into giving up our freedom and responsibilities (which in my mind go hand in hand - without being completely responsible for self, we don't have our freedom) and we now are not even aware that we are willingly doing this in the name of "safety" and it looks to me like it's causing a lot of sickness in society. Just my thoughts. Thanks Richard for this seminar, it was brilliant. Good luck with your new adventure.

Thank you Richard! This is VERYYYYYYYY inspiring for me. I’m sharing it with my tribe… tired of waiting around for someone to save us. Can we band together and form an academy of warriors? Teach them how to till the land, be courageous, hold reverence for one another and take care of their body-mind and spirit? My daughter and her bf have some friends, one is a navy seal, and they have this idea of an academy, knowing we’ve become soft as a society. They’re rebels; anti vaxers, maskers and “sheepers”. They wear hats and t-shirts that say, “Lions Not Sheep”. They see our freedoms being taken away and they’re willing to fight to get it back. I’m scared and I love it at the same time. ✌️☯️❤️‍🔥

P.s I will be sharing this with more Aussies. We are in deep trouble down here. I have friends who straight up ignore my requests that they look into what is going on. I'm as surprised as you are. I thought as a country we wouldn't collectively allow our government to push us around..people just keep on complying. Now here we are at the point where they are now bringing in restrictions for unvaxed, such as; they cannot leave their homes at all unless for 3 "essential reasons"this does not included exercise or work. Because apparently exercise and work is not essential to health and life. I hope we have a tipping point for the majority because by the looks of it so far we do not have one. I do not believe we need violence just not compliance. I don't like the look of what's happening in Kazakhstan where protestors aka "terrorist" are now being shot without warning if they do not stand down...
