I agree wholeheartedly with Grant who has repeatedly stated that Kyle doesn't feel the urgency to change things up despite the 49ers falling short of winning their 6th Lombardi primarily because the right side of their offensive line couldn't cut it to put it mildly. Instead of addressing this by drafting offensive linemen like Jackson-Powers Johnson in the first round and Kingsley Suamataia in the second round, the Niners instead drafted a receiver in the first round despite the fact they didn't trade Deebo or Aiyuk.

That's exactly what they did with Pearsall. The made it so Aiyuk can't price himself too high and Deebo can't feel comfortable. They may draft to make Purdy uncomfortable too. That should have happened this off-season though, not next.
