The COFFEE PORK RIBS recipe I HAD to make | Air fryer Coffee Pork Ribs | Marion’s Kitchen

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Coffee pork ribs done in an air-fryer: juicy pork ribs, smothered in a rich, sticky and sweet sauce… with coffee in? These coffee ribs are a popular Asian zi char dish in Singapore - one of our favourite foodie destinations - and taste divine. They’re also super quick to cook, which is an added bonus. Serve with rice, greens… and LOTS of napkins.

Coffee ribs are the only way my kids will eat ribs. Our recipe is a family recipe that came from my aunt. I have no idea where it came from before that (we're in Canada so who knows) It's similar to this, but not quite the same (ketchup instead of BBQ sauce and a few other differences) I'll definitely have to try this.

This looks amazing! Both the marinade and the sauce. I don’t even like the taste of coffee that much - more the smell - but I have an air fryer and have really wanted something to try in it, other than fried and roasted veg. Trying these tonight. And if you could do a 3 recipe episode for the air fryer, that would be terrific - as it’s so much more versatile for ‘proper cooking’ than I realised. I had just thought it was a one-trick pony when I bought one for my mum.

Don’t you think how much coffee you need to put in. Because you don’t want to put too much, and you want the meat came out freely from the ribs. That’s the proper way to prepare the ribs. The taste should be kind of sweet, spicy and juicy. Not too dry.
