Finding a good cyan and magenta can be hard. Cyan and magenta are essentially theoretical colors so pigments can only ever get close. A lot of pigments that do are not lightfast. One really good one though is Windsor and Newton manganese blue hue. It's very close to a true cyan and it's lightfast. I have Schmincke Horadam magenta and it's a good color but it is only rated 3/5 on their lightfastness scale (which they just call "lightfast" as opposed to 5/5 being "extremely lightfast"). There's probably more lightfast ones out there but I got the tube as a gift so y'know. Lastly, W&N Windsor lemon yellow and Cotman ivory black made my set complete. People really sleep on the Cotman series. Their lightfastness is the same as their artist quality series, it's just that the more expensive colors are not available and the pigment density is a little lower. I HIGHLY recommend them.
