I met them all in Charleston, Alestair is actually a really modest, nice guy. He has no idea what a legendary, powerful songwriter he is.
Easily one of my favorite songwriters of the modern era. “It’s like walking on a trampoline” sinks me every time.
Criminally underrated band. One Ill never really understand not getting more recognition. Lucky to have seen them twice.

Me too, and her name started with K also. Was about 8 years since we were really together too.
The camera absolutely loves her!
I think I'm falling a little bit in love with this band. Bought Suburban Light and now God Save the Clientele, which is a nice one too. Just allowing their treasures to unfold to me.

I always thought that another guitarists played all the lead parts but Alasdair MacLean is demonstrating that not only is he a good songwriter he is also a great guitarist. He's play a B power chord using his pointer finger and middle finger for the first two notes, let alone on a classical guitar which is way wider, crazy feat of ability and all while singing. Respect.
