THE CITY said this home IS UNFIT for HUMAN HABITATION

This yard had some of the TALLEST weeds growing in it that I've ever seen. There was a CODE VIOLATION from the city stating that the home was UNFIT for HUMAN HABITATION. After speaking with a few neighbors, I knew I needed to get this one looking a bit better for the neighborhood.

Nice to see a landscaper actually pull out the tall weeds instead of just mowing over them which causes razor sharp spikes for people to step on. You hardly ever see someone go to this trouble. You Definitely earn a star and a subscription from me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I thoroughly agree with that exclamation point because it's then only the grass that's going to grow and not the weeds which grow taller than everything grow all over again Do you have to check with a local community police or something before you do a home that's vacant? I wondered that about all these wonderful people like you including you that clean up homes that they don't own. Is anybody allowed to do that or do you have to have a cleared by the police or somebody question mark I'm just curious. You did a really good job and if I were your mother I would be so so proud of you. Sometimes it's people's ill-health or not having money to be able to do it who knows you have done a good thing and God bless you for it in Jesus name amen and may God keep you protected as you do this and all these other people that do these things too in Jesus name amen!! ❤😊

Also by pulling up the weeds you get the roots, which means they won’t be coming back and good healthy grass can grow. However, there are some weeds they need to just mow over because they would be there all year and healthy grass will crowd out the weeds and save the worker’s backs. Just sayin’.

That said, some guys that were friends of my brother (who also isn't allergic) helped us do some fencing once, they were severely allergic as it turned out. They ended up with blisters between their fingers and on their hands. They were brothers too, but we were working right along side them and didn't get any kind of reaction. I have never seen so much Yellow Dock plants in yard! Though I know you wouldn't want to eat those, they are edible and medicinal, the roots were are a great medicine. I pulled many of them up in my time and they are indeed a pain to remove. Awesome job! Shame, if people would of kept the place clean I believe the homeless would of not moved in! Bless you for cleaning up the place and helping the neighbors!

I have never reacted to poison ivy! Pull it up with my bare hands. My mother wasn’t either. Every time my husband finds some he calls me to pull it up! 😂🤣 I’m so fortunate. Great job, Tucker!

You are the best that I watch. Always a positive spin, a smile, great clean ups, you show neighbor appreciation, no fake drama, & no camera dizzy on the videos. I hope the city/ county makes the owner tear it down if it’s unfit.
