Before long 30 mill a season will get you a mid level QB. You won’t get a Mahomes, Rodgers, Wilson, nor any other good QB for that price. Before long all top level receivers will be making at least 30 mill per season.

@@Zarab923 I agree. Higgins definitely shouldn’t make no 30 million a year. I’d pay him no more than 15-18. But I know he will get paid good no matter what. And some of these guys don’t ask for insane numbers like that so their teammates get paid as well. But it’s obvious burrow wasn’t thinking of his guys getting paid when he took that 55 million a year. Look at Brady and all the pay cuts he took so others could get paid too.

As a Bengals fan I really hope that Tee Higgens doesn’t leave but at the end of the day if he does end up leaving elsewhere then it is what it is. If Tee Higgens ends up going to the Tennessee Titans playing alongside D Hop, then oh man that would be lit 👀🔥

Higgins is a stud but he won’t end up in KC, nor should he. Veach is a stud and he’ll find gold without breaking the bank so they can retain their defense.

It's not that hard for the Bengals to pay both, Chase's new deal doesn't kick in until 2026; assuming they pick up his 5th-yr-option That'll be the 3rd year of Burrows new deal so his money won't be too crazy by then. So they need to front-load Higgins' contract &give him about $40 million next season in salary &on top he gets a roster bonus &signing bonus. But in 2025 pay most of his money in bonuses &easy incentives so he has a low cap-hit. Cuz in 2025 Chase will be on a 5th-yr-option or a new deal so it won't be too bad. It's really just one season the Bengals will be paying a ton for their offense &Burrow &others can restructure their deals in 2025 if they want to keep both WRs. They're gonna need to cut this roster down no matter what but I'd rather have the elite proven talent

Defense and O-line are the spots if you want to win it all. Your QB HAS to be able to make it work with mostly tier 2 talent in the WR room

Well, at the very least, it will temporarily shut down the "Justin Jefferson to the Bengals" rumors that I have been hearing on my end.
