I loved this song from the first few seconds I ever heard it, right when it was released. It was the first time I'd ever heard of The Church, and one of the first 7" SP's I ever bought. The full album, Gold Afternoon Fix, is as beautiful as a perfect autumn sunset.

Hi I recommend an indie rock song called 'Looking Into The Mirror' By Robert Nix

The year I left the Navy, the Church was with me and I’ve loved this band since the 80’s when I first discovered them in Australia when my ship was hitting ports down under!

Just a band I liked growing up, bit fan girl enough that Andy learned to play their songs on guitar and was impressed with their talent when we saw them once in concert here in Denver.

the church have made some excellent music, but boy, they've made some awful videos. this is ok in parts but like many of the awful ones, much too literal. check out the blurred crusade knight in armour running around... if they'd worked with a bob clearmountain of the video world early on it could all have been so different.

I love this album, one of their best, and sits perfectly in between their 2 best albums. And that is from someone who has followed them since the 80's, and owns everything they ever released. Great song.
