They were looking at his boots. Boots like that, when they were probably wearing home-made rags. If they could have taken him down and got those boots, it would have put them a step above -literally and figuratively- their fellow inmates. Of course... they had already committed to the attack before he'd even landed on the floor, and weren't about to back down. Those were shoes to kill for.

I like the people doubting the very possible gymnastics move but not doubting the catching a full grown man mid air with one hand and not budging while doing it.

Furyans are basically just evolved humans. Not necessarliy superhuman, but have adapted to living with beasts on their planet which is why they are that animal instinct and agility. Kinda like ackermans from aot

Gotta say that whole climbing up the rope scene was clever and can actually be done. It's just a matter of momentum and strength, mainly upper body strength.

Can you imagine the strength it would take to catch a man who was running full speed and jumps off a ledge at you and you catch him mid air with 1 stiff arm by the neck. That would be insane to posses that kind of power/strength,, and you don’t even move when you catch him

Well most of the people doing “superhero landings” are either “superhuman”, or wearing suits of armor, and therefore don’t feel a thing. The ground is more fragile than their knees, it’s a statement more than an efficiency thing.

I bought the game so excited at a videogame sale, came home to find out my family gave away the old (and admittedly unused) Xbox 360. Unfortunately its unplayable on Xbox one, so its effectively a decoration now. Maybe one day...

I wonder if it’s possible for a planet like this to exist. Have oxygen, water, and atmosphere and magnetosphere, but be so close to the sun or rotate so fast that half the day was temperate, and the other half it was hot enough to fry you where you stand.

Its such a shame that Vin choose the other Franchise over this, they took all of Vins Time and Attention, if they atleast took more time in between so the Actors could focus on more roles. I really wished to seen Riddick 4 with a young and better shaped Vin Diesel, i mean look at him here, so fit and angile, now he is more bulky and slow.

I thought they prepped the story for Riddick to realize he had to receive the mark of the Nerco (their purification) that was spoken of. Then he'd have to cross the threshold of death (dying somehow, very likely badass like), and then he'd be in the Underverse that was spoken of. That was the WHOLE point of the 2nd movie! Think of this incredible story that could be done? All the Necromongers who did their duty having gone there? The tech of that verse? The alien worlds? Those abilities the Lord Marshal possessed and whatever could be there for Riddick to overcome?! Then the objective for going?!??? We're talking Keira!!!! She received the mark and died, so she's there too! Now wouldn't it be freaking awesome to somehow find and rescue her, then both fight their way to figure out how to get back to the verse they came as the method the Lord Marshal had used when he started his campaign? What an astounding story this could have been to see!?! Makes me sad it was abandoned and if they even thought to do it this way.

Its science that a rings handstand into a triple lutz twirl will smash steel EVERY time in handcuffs and you'll nail the landing too

A mad max style video game but riddick would be unreal

Out of all three, this one is always my favorite.

That body swings he makes on the rope is awesome

Bros got so much swag its ridiculous. The gnarliest prison in the galaxy, the nightmare of any convict, and to Riddick its home away from home, just another pit stop.

That handstand looked very hard to do. That looked like Vin pulled that off, at least the first part. But it all can be done, there are people strong enough to do that.
