I don't think the main character will be Haymitch doesn't fit Suzannes description it talked about propaganda so I think it could be a Gamemakers point of view.

Honestly, I think we should all be as one voice. Send Suzanne Collins a message. Like to write a book on Prim, but through her perspective. Hear me out... So this book will be a fresh voice narrative by Prim. Where we will get all three books 📚 condensed in one but through prims mind and experience. Starting with her being reaped in the first book to Katniss vulenteering for her and her experience watching her sister at the games. 😮😮❤❤
