It's been wonderful being a part of this community the last 22 months and seeing it grow with amazing people. I need to ask for your help, and I don't like asking for help; but with Stephanie and Nati's permission, I've included a link to my fundraising effort for medical expenses. Having Covid twice has damaged my heart and now I have to have open heart surgery - a triple bypass after the holidays. I don't have a choice. I live in the USA and honestly, our insurance is terrible and medical costs are outrageous. If you can help me in any way, I would truly be grateful with what's facing me next month.

i get that sometimes i rewind, but to tell you the truth i watch a second time. and sometimes when i am done, older ones come on and i just watch those too. One of these days i am going back to the advent, when you held much of it in the blue peacock room. That was my favorite... Though i loved the one where you made the tea party layer porcelean holders from the dishes and cups...

A very beautiful wreath for the front gates of the chateaux. This was funny an expedition to find the cheese 🧀 station and a beer on the Viaduct, reminded me of Harry Potter fly by car 🚙 so beautiful!

If I am ever able to make a trip to Lalande I most definitely need to visit that cheese/petrol location! The viaduct was absolutely gorgeous! Lovely wreath Kirsty!! Seeing the three of you walking away from the camera on the viaduct was simply charming! Dan's filming from the viaduct was excellent but his beer bottle opening was par excellence! Dan, man of many talents for sure. Happy Advent All ! :) Kirsty's wreath is truly gorgeous.

Beautiful wreath Kristy and Cheese board Maria!! Loved the trip to town for the cheese and the walk to the viaduct for beer and cheese. Beautiful drone footage, the drone in front of you and in back of you, sounds like a bee buzzy. Always fun to visit you at advent and throughout the year. This will be my first Christmas without my husband of 50 years, he died, will be 5 months on Christmas day. Lots of sadness around the world this season of joy. But our faith in Jesus Christ keeps us going. It's not over till it is over!!!

Who would have guessed that a vlog titled The Cheese You Need At Christmas would generate more than the usual amount of laughter. The switcheroo of drivers catches you off-guard, you guffaw in delight. The meld of Dan's style into Stephanie's vlog (the music), it's like, "Wait a minute here....." the traipsing off to get cheese when you hope you know where you're going, the chatter, and the lovely wreath wrought by Kirsty --- and then "singing to the wreath," everything was perfectly upbeat, fun and funny. Thank you for the smiles! I just love this one, one of your BEST. (And let's not forget the cute quips from Philip, Dan and Amaury.)
