But this video is not, in any way, saying that Hitler or his actions were right, its mocking the fact that before WW1 (because this is set in 1912) lots of people succumbed to his charm and otherwise thought he was a good person. It was after WW1 that he actually started to hate the Jews, gather followers etc. Take a history class once in a while, and also take ironic humour lessons while you're at it

actually this is fairly accurate before he came to power. He was by all accounts considered the most eligible bachelor in Europe at the time. His public speaking skills and talents in art tended to make him appear more attractive to many.

Actually almost everything is correct here. He was a normal child with a strict dad, and after his beolved brother died he became depressed and starting draw art and making poems like an emo. But instead of getting successful on it like it shows here, he became homeless and was in poverty.

Taking offense to this is too much, it's not offensive to you. Finding it in poor taste and being disgusted by it is perfectly fine, however! Just know the difference next time people.

Let's get history on this shit why don't we. In 1912 he did have his mustache that we all know and love. And in 1912 he was just no more than a failed painter. Until he tried to joined the army in 1913. Then he joined he German army. Where in battle after not being able to put his gas mask because of his mustache, instead of shaving it all off made it to the one we know and love.

Wow that's actually one of the first good videos from CH in a long long time.

I knew a lady that was in a concentration camp. For anyone to suggest she didn't really go through the hell she went through, or, any of those other poor people didn't go though it just disgusts me. I can't believe there are still people that don't believe it even happened. I can't comprehend that. Having heard first hand just what people went through, I can't comprehend making any jokes about it either. The people still living, and, those who were tortured and killed, deserve our respect. I went to the Holocaust Museum in D.C. and was just blown away by things like the piles of shoes and piles of glasses and combs. That was just a fraction of the items, and, to think each pair of shoes represented a person is just sickening. Please give the victims the respect they all deserve! That's not too much to ask of anyone!!!

Now go and listen to an actual speech by Hitler. It's actually very heart felt and inspirational. Basically about loving your fellow countrymen, raising children to be strong and proud, and working together.

You know what they did to the Germans who didn't join the army in world war 2? They used to hand them on light posts for public display. So please don't talk about how his speech was heartfelt for his fellow countrymen.

*Thumbs down* I'm German and I would be put in jail if I did a video like this. It's such tasteless comedy, which falls flat on humour. There are some rather funny lines like "Not yet", but all in all it's not very amusing and it's just using a bit of shock (due to the person, who is satirically portrayed) mixed up with the dumbest satire, I've ever seen.

I'm German too, nobody else cares that Germany is a feking nanny state that wont accept that most of the rest of the world has forgiven it for something that happened around 100 years ago. The very same event that caused Germany to now have the fourth biggest GDP in the world.

To get things straight: I'm not biased against this kind of comedy/satire due to original sin (The Great Dictator is one of my favourite movies), but I really hate bad comedy/satire and this is a salient example of lacking both: originality and cleverness.

sMAXtie im English and I agree. In my opinion none of it was funny. Im not too fussed about the subject matter however "shocking". The parody of Downton Abbey with Addi as a guest has potential but the ideas are poor. The point of comedy is ti be funny and this im afraid wasnt.

This video only makes the old Monty Python sketch of "The Ministery of Silly Walks" seem even more plausible and true...

Haven't laughed at anything college humour has made in a while but this was actually kind of charming even if some of the jokes were a bit obvious and heavy handed.

Depends on how you define a country, poland was occupated at the time, but the most of the nation still identified as polish people. As a person from Poland, this comment makes me really sad. This country went through a lot, other nations trying to shut us down, our allies betraying us...
