Well I mean finding candidates and getting them hired in under nine months seems to be a nearly impossible task anymore Um recruiting season comes around once a year and there's just a fundamental truth in legal that as as as the market has evolved it's harder to find talented people When you do find talented people it's harder to retain them Uh and on top of all that there's you know clearly generational shifts of of what associates are looking for in this world versus what associates were looking for uh in a world of 25 years ago um when I started and just the speed of hiring finding talented people and um retaining talented people is literally growing harder.
