It's going to be one of your best podcasts muzamil .. Really like it. The level of growth they have achieved is really amazing. I'm being really curious why a majority of such agencies aka startups or software houses are not able to scale on that level..rather they stuck in the same space with 8 - 10 team members for years .. can somebody expand on that?

Working for an American based company in Pakistan and like Umair this podcast is surprisingly necessary for me its like a miracle somewhat an emphasize on giving value to the God's plan and way one dealing with. Thanks to both of them like always leaving from MUZAMMIL is continuous. Most important lesson from this is "Short path do attract and act like the only shining and guiding star but long term = long run and sustainability" kudos to you both for whatever achievement you both have. Too much learning and consultation lessons in a single video. Thanks for such mentoring and valuable information shared with us.

I can relate this 12..16. I have my 2nd year finals 2 month from now learning and memoring english will get me marks.
Brilliant podast, best one so far, I loved the thought process and mindset of Umair on different topics. He has met great success in his startup but I believe his spiritual and mental growth is even greater, I have a strong feeling this guy is going to do Extraordinary things in future.
