Nice review. I've learned to appreciate the narrow boards. They can provide that same sharp turn radious with a completely different geometry and feel. This Carver, definitely pulls it off.

Thanks for hopping on this quick to give us an overview, I think I've seen your videos elsewhere before, your slides on banks are sick af 10 degree dewedge on the rear truck makes the C5 a very speedworthy truck set! Plus a change of bushings. I'm stoked to try these narrow ones out soon 🤙

I just got one and was surprised - looks like there’s no finish on the sides or top. Is that how yours is??

yeah there's defiantly problems with the deck itself. I do like the trucks tho. the deck is a carver pet project. I don't know where they get their decks and I don't know how it's affordable to be chopping down an already finished deck to sell to the public. it's probably because they charge so much..
