WAYNE TRAIN.
Nice job on the career numbers for WS. We loved the Wayne Train while he was a Flyer. One of my all time favs to wear the Orange and Black. Was at the game where he scored his 200th career goal. Loved that moment. Nice to see him retire with a one day contract with the Flyers.
31 year old die hard Philly fan here. Wayne train will forever be one of my all time favorite flyers
He had a Great Career
Wayne Train! Never played for a team I cheer for, but he was electric and fun to root for. I hope he’s enjoying retirement!
Tough dude - always enjoyed watching him play. Solid career for a guy taken 61st overall. One of those classic glue guys who just goes about his business.
Thanks for the video on a beloved Flyer.
Another one of those Diamonds in the Rough, tremendous career for Wayne. Always a Heart and Soul Kinda guy , although he played for Team I hated.. anyway good call on Simmer Shannon, keep posting great Career videos, much appreciated! 🥳
Always a King in my heart !!!
You work incredibly hard and I really appreciate it.
My favorite player of all times
dude was a class act, as a caps fan i will always remember that one playoff game where there was the picture of ovi and wayne telling the philly crowd to stop throwing stuff on the ice.
one of my all time favorite players. TOUGHNESS
Been checking DAILY for these to start back !!! LOVE THESE !!!!!
Love the Wayne Train. I was definitely in favor of him being Flyers captain over G.
Wayne 🚂
We love career videos!!!
a treat to watch him play in philly, left it all out on the ice every game
Thanks for this, Shannon! Wayne would have been a fan favorite if he had stayed in LA, too. He was showing flashes of skill when he was traded, a good pair of hands and some skating ability to go with his size and toughness. I saw him score a sweet shootout winner in something like the 9th round against Edmonton, it was a thing of beauty. Roomed with Drew Doughty as a rookie and the two were pretty tight. Had a sense of humor, too - I remember he got interviewed for one of those fluff features you see on the TV broadcasts, about New Year's resolutions. He laughed and said, "To listen to less techno music." I really wish he had gotten to win a Cup with someone, anyone. But he had a great career nonetheless.
One of my all time favorite flyers. Thanks for always leaving it all on the ice for us, wayne. Glad you retired a flyer. Enjoy retirement
Thanks Shannon for putting this together for us Flyers fans. Wayne was a true Flyer. My dad always said he never took a shift off. I think he was probably one of my dad's favorite Flyer of all time.
Loved Wayne Train, I still have his bobblehead from his LA days and the ASG in LA that he won the mvp was rad.
Seeing his last game in person was a great privilege for me
Sabres legend!
Great vid, enjoy the games tonight!
When he was at his peak he was a beast on the ice.
I became a Flyers fan in 2014 so I will always have great memories of watching those 2010s Flyers teams. Glad I got to see Wayne and that core when they were still there.
Significant sports figure in my childhood 🥰
Loved Simmer as a flyers fan, hated to see him go but it was time to move him glad he got his one day contract with the flyers
What a stud. Would’ve loved to have him on my team.
Nothing but respect for the wayne train. Dude was vibes
Simmonds played the way Philly fans (not JUST hockey) want a guy to play here - tough, heart on your sleeve, admit when you're wrong, and always give 100%. More players need to be like Sims.
WS, big effort, great Flyer.
Always a fan of this man.
Can you do a career video on Harold Snepsts.
Great 3rd liner which is tough to do😊
As a longtime Kings fan it was a bummer to see the kid go, but you can't get someone like Richards without giving away a really good young player. Plus, two of the best nicknames in Hockey "Simmer-down-now" and "Wayne Train". Bummed he never won a Cup.
Moral of the story, Toronto is where players go to suck.
Career of PJ Axelsson 🙏🏻
He never got the money he deserved particularly in his prime and with 30 goal seasons but with 17th seasons and 1000+ games he can look back happy
Simmer was one of the greats. A pleasure to watch in every facet of the game. Fell off hard but I'm sure his hands took a beating!
Love me some Wayne Simmonds
Decent career for the guy right on 👍🏻 🚂
Forever a Flyer. A picture from his time in Philly would have been a better choice.
Why is the thumbnail of him in the leaf uniform
3 seasons in toronto?! felt like he was in nj longer than toronto
Black Mamba of NHL
Oh did he retire? I was not aware actually.
Followed in the tradition of other black players from Scarborough like Anson Carter, Kevin Weekes, Chris and Anthony Stewart
Bruh if this mf had a highlight or two
Buffalo fans: We know!
sorry Bro, I acted a fool, my apologies..
Rob Boardson? Who?
A hard worker. A real lunch pail guy.
Ride the WAYNE TRAIN.A Philly fan favorite 😍 😎..How bout a Jake Voracek carrer video next .Another Flyer fan favorite
You know who else was a black player that you said you would do a career video on? Joel Ward. Please, please can we finally get the much anticipated Joel Ward career video that you said you would do over 4 years ago?

I could have swore he did one, I had to check lmao
Should do a video on Johan Franzen next?
Wayne Simmonds was good, but not great...I could never get excited about Simmonds...
I do NOT like WS.
Definitely a massive pos both on and off the ice but one of the few i somewhat respected
