Today we are taking a look at a new brand for my channel & it's the Cadisen C8220M. This is a homage to the Seiko 5 Sport Diver Range & at just under $100 USD, it's a great dive watch with a lot going for it!
Personally, I have not been a big fan of this particular Seiko Diver, mainly due to the relatively high price tag. This homage from Cadisen however is priced well and also includes a Seiko NH35A automatic movement. The watch is equipped with a sapphire crystal & 200m water resistance courtesy of the signed screw-down crown. Low light legibility is good due to the BGW9 lume on the applied indices & the jubilee bracelet is well executed with a functional but rather plain three-fold clasp system.
The case is well-proportioned at 40mm and will suit most wrist sizes without looking too small or too large. Overall, the watch is well-finished without any sharp edges that you might typically find on a watch at this price-point.
