The first part of this before he goes into the song is about as perfect as comedy writing gets. Absolute genius. so well written. it just punches multiple times. The next one funnier than the last. The version where it cuts to him in bed asleep clearly in R.E.M. dreaming after the bloke laughs just adds another layer of perfection… 💯 should be studied in film schools for aspiring writers of comedy
