After watching this episode, I had to rewatch the entire series to see how they scatter the hint about Racles play a long game Episode 1 when he declared Gira is the enemy of the world, he looks like he was about to cry, showing that he still cares about his brother Episode 4, he let Kaguragi to take God Kabuto on purpose Episode 5, he gave the hint about God Hopper in order to know if the spy was someone who is near to him or not Episode 8, he purposely avoid hurting Gira's vital point Episode 17, when Daigorg was about to kill Yamma, if we take a closer look, we will see Racles had a worry face before he twitched to laughing. It means he didn't want Yamma to die, but he can't do anything since the spy was still there and he still didn't know who is the spy Episode 18, he purposely showed Gira the Ohger Crown Lance, used it to let Gira know how to use it. He even told Kaguragi everything about the Crown, which I think is a hint about their trust with other Episode 19, he acted like a coward by (stupidly) throwing his Ohger Calibur Zero to Desnarak, it was on purpose to make people look down on him so Gira can earn more support from the people Episode 20, when knowing that Kamejim disguised as Boshimaru, he was so angry that he didn't care about the duel, a hint about Racles actually care about his people. But along with this, we can see his relieve face as he knew Gira can now take the throne without any problem, so he played the face of tyranny king before the people to let Gira completely win their trust I know there might be more hint about this in the series but these are all I can find, if you found anything that I didn't notice, feel free to tell me

In episode 8, when Himeno examines Gira after the fight, she notes that Racules missed all of his vital spots and Gira is shown contemplating it. It was one of the moments that made me believe Racules doesn't actually want to hurt his lil bro 🙂
