Hi you should not be pull the thread up from the the top you should always cut the thread and pull it out down from the bottom of the near to the bottom of needle

Odd question, can you use stabiliser only if you want an embroidery design that's see through? Or does it require a a material to work?

Just recieved my embroidery machine today , and i was really excited to have it but bad luck , doesn t work!!!!😪. I couldn t use it as the foot it is lifted and stuck on this position!!!! Any advice? Thank you !
