Thank you my dear younger brother. I’m a 74 year old boy who has been attempting to grow up, mature my whole life feeling very much like Sisyphus rolling the stone up hill only to fail again and again. Almost five years ago I thought yes I’m overcoming this pattern I am over this pattern then that stone rolled down and I landed at the bottom with it on top. How to find a way forward, what is my path? Thought I was on it now it has been erased. Too late, not enough time or energy/vitality to push forward, too much karma will have to take this up on the other side. The last time I felt really good/happy was when I crashed thinking I had made it to a new level of self. Yet, yet I’m feeling the deeper connections you talk about nature, cats, dog, the Sun, Earth, using my body working and some deep breathing meditations. Mystical is the way I believe the world is and my inability to see it feel it experience it constantly is painful, then there are the moments…I’ve been working within on a meditation being the sun, earth and moon. As more data arrives about CMEs and the pole shifting on the sun and earth I’m intending to be attuned aligned at one because I am truly biologically and energetically an aspect of my star. Blessings to all may the Grace of God/Goddess be with you.❤

Love your share, I am 64..and feel that our generation has been on the forefront to overcome challenges and to break dysfunctional cycles . Yesterday morning, I was sitting in the grass at a certain special point of the morning, when it seemed as if the earth itself had exhaled moisture and scent. As I sat there, I realized that the birds of various species were singing in rhyrhm, except for one young bird who was still learning the song. As I sat there and swayed to the rhythm of the birds, perhaps the young bird saw me swaying, and suddenly had caught on to the chorus. I felt like maybe I had been a part of that. Maybe it was my imagination. Miracles can often be passed by unless someone else is there to comment on them, thus validating the experience for me. Just try to prove anything like bird choruses to the world, and it's like they just stop happening around me. Like I'm not allowed to show some things to the world yet. I guess I'm going to have to be okay with that.
