💿📀💿📀💿📀💿📀💿📀 I grew up with this stuff. Underground hip hop with Stretch & Bobito. DJ Sinista of the X-Ecutioners lived one block away and we used to spend some afternoons there just appreciating listening to him practice.

Those Vestax turntables bring back memories. I used to have a Vestax mixer with big rotary knobs. Great for blending, but terrible for scratching.

Go for it! I’m sure I wasn’t the first to do this combo either👍🏾 I have the same issue with the transformer. I’m great with my right hand on the fader. Left = terrible. The answer is simple: practice. We need to put in the hours to work on that other hand💯

Try just practicing your transformers with a long tone sound, so you don’t need to worry about your record hand. Try over a slow instrumental and slowly build up your speed, trying different transformer patterns.
