Hello po, thanks for watching. Feel free to send feedback po. Some local bakers nagsend ng feedback masyado daw pong soft ang dough, depende po sa brand ng flour ang liquid lagi po tyong ma unjust sa water or milk content. Some flour required more liquid some are less because the protein content.

Yes you can! to calculate how many bread you can make, just get the total ingredients and multiply in proportion you desired.

bread improver po, sa Pinas normally ang tawag is S55. kind of preservative to be more fluffy and expand.

Its about 1 hour po depende sa temperature kahit walang proofer minsan mainit malamig di po ba, so estimate lang po nyo till mag expand ng maganda.

butter cream: cream the butter and sugar and egg yolk, Italian way fluffy the egg white the boiled sugar (meringue) then butter.

hi po, recipe are so simple but I bit long time to cook: 1 kg Pork belly or Chicken Breast 1 liter water or stocks 125 ml light soy sauce 100 g Ginger 2 pc bay leaf salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup sugar boil to very tender and fillet roast in the pan till become crispy.

I beleive its not 10g. Are refering for 80g and 400g water? Yan po yong tinatawag na tangzhou starter techniques for yan sa mga softt bread na soft, fluffy and cotton like bread. Lulutuin muna po yan, palamigin then ihahalo to the rest of ingredients.

hi po, thanks for watching.it’s a bread flour po, sa Pinas 1rst class king tawagin kapag French grade flour ang tawag T55. feel free to comments for your feedback. Kapag very soft ang mixture just add flour po just because liquid content at depende sa brand ng flour some required more liquid like water or milk some brand less.

@@janmichaeladviento8776 it depends to your oven kapag familiar ka na sa oven you have to adjust. Kapag small rolls 30g is 10-12 minutes, kapag bigger loaf 20 minutes.

Thanks for watching po, the normal standard of salt in 1 kg of flour is 20-30 g depending on the bread, for quick bread 20- 30 g yeast per kg of flour depending on the bread. However long permentation bread like Filipino bread normally 5-10 g only per kg of flour because they need the dough in the afernoon then bake for the nex day in the morning, means overnight permentation.
