@@FilmStocked good, it was actually very surprising. Most spin offs don't work but gen v was incredibly well recieved. I actually prefered the tone/feel of gen v over the boys which has a more comedic tone overall, and without counting butcher and homelander the characters from gen v were way superior and better written. Both series are awesome tho

the virus plotline was the main story in the spinoff show Gen V.

Gen V is definitely worth the watch. It takes place between Seasons 3&4 of The Boys. Much of it's story feeds into the new season.

This show seems to be leveling up even higher this season with new characters, gen v plotlines and characters coming in and new stakes

The trailer is awesome. Billy’s line “You’re all fucking welcome”, the chicken and sheep and the Homelander laugh are cool scenes. I think some of them will turn into memes, mostly the laugh that feels like the Joker or the Green Goblin. Jeffrey Dean Morgan is also great. I have Prime Video now so I have time to watch the previous seasons and Gen V and more of The Boys franchise. Did you know that the pilot episode was directed by the same man that later directed Prey and will direct at least one episode of Stranger Things S5. That is cool right.

I’m planning to watch Gen V soon

Looks like it’s going to be the bloodiest season ever

The shot at 2:06 is of hughie and if you see the woman on his right that’s his mom and the dude that’s leaving the bloody footprints is Hughies dad and it could be episodes 1-5, A-train becomes more of a true hero and at one point saves mm, deep becomes more violent this season, this season ends a little bit similar to season 2 but a bit more bittersweet, episode 5 and 6 takes place mostly in Tek Knight’s manor, and in one of those episodes with tek knight there is a scene from the comic book but they add a more uhh the boys stuff if you know what I mean, he gets bricked up a lot in those two episodes and I also have more information that’s not to spoilery if you want to know it just gives the shots in the trailer more context and I learned the info from a very credible source

If thats true thats great. Would love to see more of simon pegg and also really wanting to learn more about Hughie's past. And whaf it gives off, yeah i agree, Deep will become a full villain this season i believe and A-train will turn into a hero. I also have some theories about how some gen V characters might play a bigger role, not just sam and cate, but marie, emma, jordan and andre. (R.i.p chance perdomo) and how this will tie into s2 of gen v. Sneaking suspicions of some main characters dying too. This season defintely looks very big for sure.
