That movie is 6 years ago I'm not sure but I watch that when I was in 9th grade. There is a lot of old korean bl the reason why we didn't know because Koreans don't support lgbt at that time.

A lot of respect to the creators and the actors of this movie. This was really hard and heartbreaking to watch, but such a good movie.

I both loved and hated this film and was only ever able to watch it once. It was heart-rending but, unfortunately for so many, an accurate representation of what it means for those who don't fit the 'norm'. Thank you for this summary.

"Night Flight", I was shocked at first in how violent this movie is. It is an open-ended one. In cases like this, I choose the happier ending.

"Night Flight" was my first Korean LGBTQ film I've ever seen and it was oh so sad and beautiful. Even the OST was tearful, simply can't forget one of my faves "Dragonfly" by Sergio Altamura.

The film has too much violence but my heart smiles when the two leads end up together. It's a beautiful movie.

i love the scene where he kicks him with a leg and he just let him, shows how much he loves him but couldnt show it openly!! one of the best scene from the movie....

I have lost count of how many times i have watched this movie.

The story is depressing. Please be a happy ending. My weak soul can't handle it.

This is one of my favorite movies, I also heard that the inspiration for this movie came from a true story, after the director of the movie saw CCTV footage of a suicide of a student that was in the LGBT community. This movie surely was made to also bring awareness, some people's cruelty towards the people they consider different is so heartbreaking. This movie is a masterpiece!! :) I love that this channel has eng sub because I think I saw another vid in the past and it did not, I subscribed :) because I like the voice and the content.

Hey, it is not "tragic" as nobody DIES. I LOVED the show. I have hope for them. I bought my own DVD and today the DVD is VERY HARD to find here. I had to order direct from Taiwan.

Verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry good show. My heart cried. We are not getting classics like these in the Asian gay shows. I watch a few that are classics . That’s when I watched them, over and over again. There is something I missed .

True that's what I tell most bl fans that think being gay is like the thai bl industry meet each other in uni it's a extremely accepting environment everyone just approves whilst in reality, I live in south africa they'll be telling you how you should be ashamed and how it's not normal and in my case my parent that isn't accepting and the environment isn't accepting either that's why I love movies like this more then the lovey dovey ones cause it really depicts the true life of being apart of the lgbtq community.

NIGHT FLIGHT is one of my top three all-time favorite gay-themed movies, without regard to country of origin. Completely wrecks me every time I watch it, in a good way. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Thank you again for the engage sub !! For this first part you mainly did a summary, I wish for the second part that you will give your opinion about the movie... Each of the three friends are bullied for something : Han Gi Woon cause of his poor social background and the "bad actions" of his father, Gi Taek because he is fat and he has dark skin and Yoon Joo once his homosexuality is revealed. Both mother's of Yoon Joo and Han Gi Woon seems to be minority as well, both victim of patriarchal society : Gi -Woon mother who can"t seem to find a good job despite her strength and Yoon Joo's mum who is well educated and successful but therefore can't find a partner because of it. The worst professor seems to be the homophobic one, but in the end the teacher to whom Yoon Joo confess about the bullying, by refusing to hear about it doesn't he become a complice of the bully... or is he trapped cause he knows he can do nothing against the higher-ups ? In the end my biggest wonder : Is it a story of a deep friendship or a love story ? Is Yoon-Joo imposing his love to a lonely Gi-Woon or does Gi-Woon let Yoon-Joo come back into his life because he has feelings... I m sorry I m speaking too much but really this movie made me think so much, even though the scene a violence are too much, even though the actors are obviously older than high schoolers... this is really a great movie, I fully understand the prize It won in Berlin Film Festival ! Anyway can't wait to have your opinion

I hope the second half of this movie is uploaded. Edit: Watched this again as the second half has finally been released. This is quite a harrowing story and the fact that so much homophobia and bullying exists in that particular school is an indictment of the people that run it.

i remember watching this movie years back i still cant believe how beautiful depressing this movie is. i always thinks it was so sad but however they got their little happy moment at the end. bittersweet but i loved the movie.

Where do i watch part too that was INTENSE and i wanna know what happens next!

I remember watching this a while back. That ending tho... Definitely worth watching.
