So sorry, you had to experience such a loss. Nothing like losing a mother you are close to! My mother moved to heaven in 2013. Can't believe it's been 11 years already! But as the song goes, "When we've been there ten thousand years, bright shining as the sun; we've no less days to sing God's praise than when we first begun!" That's if we've allowed God's grace to teach our heart to fear the Lord and judgment for sin, which, if we do, His grace will relieve our fears when we realize all He asks is that we believe in Him and that He paid for our sins and wants to save us! @@GM-cf6jv I grew up watching all the old westerns before there was tv or computers. cut grass with a push mower not powered for 25 cents walked railroad tracks to town to go to a double feature. two lawns gave me 50 cents. Usually had a western double feature only in Black and white. 9cents to pay for movies 15 cents for large popcorn and large drink together. Left me 26 cents for hotdogs and chips and drink after movies and walked back down the same railroad tracks to home. Not an old cowboy actor i was not aware of, remember tim McCoy sure I do. Met several old western stars in person as they worked the movie circuit back then and appeared on stage for autographs and display of talents between movies. Those were the days. don't think there is any movies (westerns) that I hae not seen.

Oh and Randolph Scott is one of the best cowboys that ever was … he had a ranch and lived the life when he wasn’t making money… he had cattle,, horses ,,, exotics,,, he was a rancher when he wasn’t making the money to keep his ranch going ,,, another thing he was a player,,, that man was a man’s man …. And made great movies….

Thanks for the lively western about a bounty hunter. The first portrayal of a bounty hunter as a good guy, that I've ever seen. Very interesting scene with the mother, (Maria) of a dead youthful Mexican bandit, and Scot's bounty hunter character. Too bad the actress received no mention or credits that I could find for her great scene with Scott. Surprise to see Fess Parker for less than 1/2 a minute at the end of the show. Good scenes with Ernest Borgnine. He was in the "Wild Bunch" with another long time veteran actor, Dub Taylor. I really enjoyed this western. I'm always on the lookout for good westerns. Really well done "little" Western. Quality production in all aspects. Good characterizations with none of the usual stereotypes but with subtle aspects of people's behavior revealed without drama. More than anything else its the authenticity that Randolph Scott brings to these roles in the Westerns he made, especially at the end of his career in the 1950's. I can't think of any other actor in Westerns, perhaps John Wayne or James Stewart, that walked the talk with such confidence and just solid good sense, without swagger or dramatics but with humor and a touch of irony. What a positive role model he must have been for so many young people and the rest of us. Thanks Randolph Scott, for the integrity of the characters you brought to the screen!

Hilarious: While they were shaving Randolph Scott in the movie with a straight razor a commercial came on selling an electric razor but started with a scene shaving a man with a straight razor! Anyhow this was one Randolph Scott movie I had never seen. Excellent as always.
I was raised on Saturday morning t.v. westerns and western movies. Thanks for posting. I signed up as a new subscriber. Keep them coming.🥰🥰

One of the best Randy Scott Westerns not directed by Budd Boetticher. Very good support cast too. Thanks for sharing! 👌
About time I watched a good Western >> Thank You

Good movie with a great twist to the plot. One of the best I have seen for a long time. Thanks

I'm impressed they realized you have to reload a six-shooter!
80 year old here...I was 10 when these movies were shown at the Saturday matinee, I think it was 50 cents for the movie, coke and popcorn...I watch then now to bring back good memories... Randolph Scott was my mothers favorite actor
A great movie. Plenty of surprises.

Another wonderful old gem from the golden days.
This movie and a lot more like this one, is a great entertainment for the entire family. I wish someone would start making movies like this one again. No foul language and it has a story. Thank you for sharing and looking to find more of the same.

Great movie. I typically don’t care for movies about bounty hunters but this a one of the best western I’ve watched.
Fess Parker at the end, must have been his 1st debut. Player of Daniel Boone says" no ma'am we're just breezing through!" LOL😅😂

A chestnut is also called a sorrel, reddish-brown. He rides a palomino and “chrome “ means lots of white esp on the legs.

Randolph Scott the best ever cowboy actor!!!!!
Very enjoyable movie....great acting and wonderful scenery...thanks.
Think this one of the few R.Scott films that still haven’t been officially released on dvd I’m still have an old copy that I got from a film convention. Can’t imagine why WB doesn’t put this along with “charge at feather river and other great western’s available from their film library. Thanks for posting!
One thing about Randolph Scott he never disappoints, in regard to making Westerns, I think he was one those actors that did his own stunts too.
A great western RS is absolute 5 star a clever story thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Good Western! Always did like Randolph Scott, and this was one of his better westerns. Never did like Fess Parker though.
Nothing beats not only a good western but a great one 👍
What a shock to see Fess Parker at the end reminded me of Sean Connery showing up at the end of Robin Prince of Thieves.

Randy's the best.
Thank you, so enjoyable ❤ please add more !
Interesting to see The Pinkerton Agency didn't hire Blondie, Mortimor/Angel Eyes, Ringo, Django, Sartanna, Kioma, etc.
Almost didn’t recognize Fess Parker at the very end - come riding into town shooting the place up with his two buddies.
I only slept in the trunk while camping - no creepy, crawleys - those were the days - long gone.”
Excellent classic, you just earned yourself another subscriber, fre. Cape Town SA👌💕

فيلم راءع شكرا جزيلا لكم
Good whip snapping Dialogue !
best actor along side gary cooper
For a few dollars more was partly based on this movie Leone was impressed with American westerns and used Portions in his movies Lee van cleef was one of his favorites!
Marie Windsor was not a Hollywood starlet by any means but she was a very good actress. She often played the mysterious but sympathetic woman in westerns. She was also was known for her femme fatale roles in film noirs. Along with her film career, she made dozens of guest appearances in popular TV shows of the 1960s-80s.
Great Western. Thanks for sharing
This is one of the best westerns ... and crime mysteries ... I've ever seen. Note VERY young Fess Parker at the very end. 🙂 Tragically, Delores Dorn apparently had no children.
