The Book That Made Me Millions...
In this episode of the Millionaire Book Club, I summarise and review The Lean Startup by Eric Ries. This is a fantastic book if you are a startup, new business or an organisation planning a new project.
The lean principles discussed in this gem of a book can be applied to any new business. If you are wondering how to start a business or planning to grow your business fast, You need to follow the steps discussed in this book.
I read this book before I started The Oodie and my other brands. I followed everything in this book almost religiously. I believe everyone should know about the values of the lean principles mentioned in this book.

Next on my reading list! Thank you, can't wait for the next book.
This is a freaking awesome video!! I struggle with dyslexic tendencies and I may also be autistic, so getting through books has always been a slow process. I won't replace reading but finding videos like this that can help me process the information in a different way, so so helpful!! Can't wait for the rest of the series

Terrific content. This book is a gama changer indeed. Loved the million dollar book project!
Love the change up, keep up the good work.
This is an awesome idea can’t wait for future episodes!
I’ve been doing Lean principles for 15+ years. I’m constantly learning ways that it’s being applied. Originally I was taught LEAN manufacturing back in 2005 and it was amazing however people really struggled with the concepts because we worked with computers not manufacturing. I stemmed off and made it extremely successful in an office environment with e5S and many other tools. But this was really new concepts to me and just watching this video once I could see all these working. LEAN is really just logical decisions made that have sound reasoning. When I have time I’ll have to add it to my book list. Appreciate all the videos. Trying to learn more about marketing and thus far I find your guidance super helpful. I guess I just struggle with execution. Maybe one day I’ll launch something. Cheers Evan
Love the million dollar book club idea ! Excited to pick this book up and jump in

I Bought more then 20 courses still learn from you more then from guru's... they teach how do dropshipping it's not bad but nobody speaks how do management and how to build brand.Dropshipping is good for testing not for scaling. My mainly problem was I find successful product and try to scale with DS and its get wrong. We learn from you a lot buddy!definitely get in your couching group

Awesome! Please review more books in the future. The one that I found really good is The One Thing
I found myself misunderstanding, or feeling confused in some parts of The Lean Start Up. Thank you for Making this video, you broke down all the important principals and made it easier to understand. I didn't finish the last part of the book, where it's talking about engines of growth. Need to go finish the book, its definitely a really great book, and made me think of business in a different way. Thank you for doing a review of the book, this video is defiantly a good refresher of the book, and a all around great breakdown of it.

I just finished reading this book after you recommended it and I loved it. There were a ton of very important take-always, like the importance of hypothesis testing (although I have reservations on the ‘how’) but I found this framework can’t be applied indiscriminately to every situation and people should be aware going in that they need to make sure that the framework is a good fit for their business. At the outset I’d tell people to remain adaptable, aim to take what they need and proceed with caution. This kind of framework probably works best with SaaS businesses, but even there founders run the risk of giving up on the core idea that galvanised them in the first place prematurely and i don’t know about others but I’d get pretty burned out changing everything about the company every so often. If you have a truly innovative idea/product, your customer might not know what they need. We didn’t know rectangles made of glass we’re going to turn the mobile telephone and personal computing industries on their head until Apple and now it seems so obvious. I would suggest a book called ‘Who’ by Geoff Smart for a future review, it’s about hiring. You’re a rockstar, Davie, keep up the good work
Good stuff

I'm about a quarter of the way into reading the book and I think it's pretty important to read it yourself even though your summary is pretty good. I'm a Neurosurgery registrar 9 months from my final exam and I'm still asking myself at this point whether I should pivot or persevere 🤣🤣I have an idea that's going to make working with tumours with complex molecular profiles much simpler but I'm not 100% who my customer is, and it'll be impossible to create an MVP without significant initial investment. Healthcare is not as agile as other industries in terms of adopting innovative strategies, experimentation etc. Entrepreneurship in healthcare (and other heavily regulated spaces) needs special attention

Davie, Airbnb never sold mattresses, they started by renting out air beds in their apartment when people came to their town for conferences. Also Nick Swinmurn founded Zappos not Tony Hseih, who was arguably more pivotal but wasn't the founder. Great vid though!

Hi there! If you are 14 years old, I would suggest that you talk to your parents/guardian(s) whether you should be spending money for a business program. I go live fortnightly for the Tier 2 members to discuss specific questions they have. It is also recorded and posted for all members to watch.
