I hope you didn't read first...don't spoil you're degree experience because if you do then the degrees won't leave the impression on you they were designed to do using the element of surprise; although they are pretty different, some of the same is very close.

Can we please print more copies of this and Masonic Rituals and Formulas. It would be a good faith gesture to those who actually take the time to research and not just show up to Lodge for food, a few laughs, vote to pay bills and go home.
Very excited for the opportunity to study this work! Thanks to Bro. Maynard and Ill. Bro. De Hoyos.
I got mine today! I just read 30 pages of it and am devastated to see something so rich and powerful having fallen into disuse in the United States. The blue degrees practiced today in American Lodges are alot less impressive, definitely vanilla😂. It took alot of courage to go through the degrees as is done in this book.

Oh my oh my! I am so pleased I watched this. Was mailed my copy a number of months ago now. (Today: May 6th, '23). Thank you so, This is so cool having seen the two original volumes of A.P. 's research. Merci beaucoup. Lafayette Lodge # 91. Colo. Bro. Julian. J.W.
I just had the privilege of seeing the Red Degree of the AASR 1° put on in my Jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Alabama. It was a outstanding Degree!
Very interesting 🧐 💭👍🏾

Thanks for watching. I am not a grand master. I’m a Past Master (18,21,22) of two blue lodges and a 32nd degree knight commander of the court of honor.
I really want a copy of this work by Bro de Hoyos. Unfortunately, for me, I can't seem to find any copies anywhere.
Just got my copy!!! I’m loving it.
Thanks!
By far, the greatest book I have ever read.
nice, the lodge i am waiting to hear from, is one that practices Scottish Rite craft degrees
Please accept my wishes of good and prosperity to all Br:.! I am currently reading Brother Arturo's book "Scottish Rite Ritual. Monitor & Guide" - this book is truly a real treasure. I have A.Pike's book in electronic form, but I really want to have a printed edition, especially published by the hand of Brother Arturo : ) I embrace you fraternally, Aleksey A:. 32°. I got my book and read through the degrees, insane how much information there is that is missing in other rituals.

Is this book available to the general masonic public? My motherlodge works the degrees in the AASR, and switched to the Cerbu-version after the pandemic.

@@ScottishRiteMasons I have a question, if one joins the SRRS this year, do we get access or the ability to purchase the book? It is my understanding it was the bonus book for members from the previous year? But I cannot find any information anywhere, where one can obtain a copy of the book today. Thanks in advance.
how can i get a copy of this book?i’m part of the northern masonic jurisdiction they don’t have it on their website, yet alone a bookstore. 😢

Any update on if they will have a reprint? I'm familiar with the craft degrees as I've seen several Louisiana degrees. But I'd love to see this degree.

My biggest issue w/ M&D is that Pike never have references, so it can be difficult to know when he's writing his own thoughts/beliefs and pulling in those of others. Remember, he was a student of comparative religions and was well-read.

I'm in a church where we don't question what's being stated as the word of God. I'm in a church where the pastor/preacher/Father knows more than I do, even if I studied the scriptures I believe what others tell me and don't ask for references/proof because those in authority know better

And what about the ritual of the Kaddosh Knight ? Cut the legs of the alive lamb and throw it still alive in the fire .This isn't very nice . Where is the fraternity in this act ? I don't get it .
@bahasainggeris7884
Жыл бұрын
@@elborbah3045 It would be difficult to understand fraternity if you aren't part of a fraternal organization. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line you have been misinformed. There are no masonic rituals that use live animals, butchering animals, or throwing anything into fire. I cannot speak for rituals done by clandestine organizations, but you won't find any of those things in any rituals from a regular masonic organization (whether York Rite or Scottish Rite). FYI - a 'regular' masonic organization is one what can trace it's heritage or patents to the United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE). Clandestine organizations might claim to be masonic, but they cannot trace their patents back to UGLE. If you are really curious about actual Scottish Rite masonic rituals, but don't want to (or cannot) become a SR mason, I'd recommend you read the following 2 books: A Bridge to Light by Rex R. Hutchens and Scottish Rite Ritual Monitor and Guide by Arturo De Hoyos. Knight Kadosh is the 30th degree.
