Could you explain the Family affair

The way I understand it is that ALL believers are the bride (jew and gentile), but we all don't become the bride until Israel is redeemed. It kind of reminds me about the scripture that says those that are last will be first and the first will be last. Israel has the first covenant but will be the last to have their eyes opened to be redeemed.

Then who are the virgin attendants to the bride? Who are the wedding guests? Not all will have the same level of intimacy with and access to the Bridegroom! There is a judgment of rewards among believers (Jew and gentile), so let's not assume that becoming His bride is transactional when we come to redemption. HOW we build on the foundation of Yeshua/Jesus matters - wood, hay, and stubble? Or gold, silver, and precious stones?

@@rocdajacable Yet even among the seed of Abraham there were different tribes and clans within each tribe! Not all had the same honor. We are Abraham's seed by faith, but will be like Saul or like David? Will we be an Abihu or an Eleazar among the sons of Aaron? Will we bring forth a righteous crop of 30? Or 60? Or 100 fold? Will we be overcomers? So let's live out our gratitude for His redemption and live to please Him rather than ourselves so we can have the best reward possible when the righteous are called to receive their reward. And let's help our brothers and sisters to have the best reward possible as well!

Also Jacobs name was changed to Israel in Genesis 32:28. And Believers become the, "House of Jacob," symbolically as we believers become the TEMPLE OF the Holy SPIRIT, (I Corinthians 3:16), made without hands. We BELIEVERS, "ARE," the final temple.

Good teaching. I do have questions… If the”Harlot Babylon” is Mecca and the center of Islam, Why would the “Islamic Antichrist” destroy and burn her???

How about this view, based on a talk I gave titled "Jerusalem: Zion vs. Babylon, Will the Real Jerusalem Please Stand Up." The perspective is this: Jerusalem has two identities or lives that she has been living for a long time, and she is in great conflict over which one she will give herself to and celebrate. Will it be the identity of the harlot and rebel of Babylon, or will it be Zion, the faithful city, the place where God will dwell forever. This is the tension and paradox under which Jerusalem has lived and set the tone for both herself andthe whole world. When she indulges herself as Babylon the world is deprived of truth and righteousness and godliness, when she gives herself to her Zion identity the world is and will be blessed beyond anything it has ever known.

I understand the thing with Israel completely I'm a new Christian but I get it I have a 13 year old daughter who through the environment that she was in when she was younger her father was very abusive to me and he eventually went to prison for it anyway she has displayed a lot of disobedient she's even hit me beat on me says horrible things to me and worst of all she has harmed yourself and it has been a long battle and a struggle but I will never give up on her and I love her dearly and deeply I made a promise to her a long time ago that I would make things better for us and no matter what it takes and no matter how long it takes that's going to happen and I know that will delay it will especially with God in our lives now things are getting better just wanted to say as a new Christian as a Layman about all this I can totally get the story of Israel God made a promise and our God is a god of Promises Kept is Covenant with Israel it's just one of the many things that makes him so awesome and trustworthy and trust me I have people telling me all the time how bad my daughter is and I should do this and I should do that and it makes me so angry because Joel's right like she's my child I can get angry with her but no one else can

So, okay, where is the church in all this. Are we just guests, onlookers?

Joel please present scripture that speaks of another banquet on Mt Zion where all believers are present. When does this occur and what is it called? Are both Gentiles and Israel at this event? Are Gentiles grafted in to the Olive Vine, and also in a covenanted relationship with Yah? Are Gentile believers in Yahweh and Yeshua the bride of Yeshua or are we just grafted in. What does "grafted in" really mean?

@@davekpghpa The covenant at Sinai was made with Israel. Gentile believers need not be part of that covenant in order to be "grafted" into God's family. That's what Acts 15 was all about. Gentile believers are spiritual children of Abraham through having the same kind of faith that Abraham had (trusting YHVH and His Messiah). And of course through the New Covenant.

@@JoelRichardson honest question isn't it worth remembering that there was a mass multitude of gentiles that were at Sinai when the Covenant was made. As a result they were included into it even though they were not "Blood Israel". The idea of Gentiles being grafted in seems to be just as much apart of the Sinai Covenant as it is the New Covenant. Isreal is a people group by blood but it has Always been more then just that. That is my understanding atleast.

@@nathanieldiaz2845 Its a bit more complex than that. A non-Israelite can become circumcised and enter into the covenant with God and Israel, but doing so makes them Israel. As believing Gentiles, we are spiritual children of Abraham in that we have the same kind of faith as Abraham, but we do not become, nor are we ever called 'Jews' or 'Israel.' Of course we are grafted into the family of God and are now part of the "one new man" etc. We are full heirs of the blessings. But we are not Israel. A great book if you really wish to dig deep is David Pawson's Israel in the New Testament.

I did not say the Church is not the Bride. If we follow the motif of marriage throughout the Bible, believing Israel is the bride, and we believing Gentiles become part of that corporate unified body.

Brother Good study but I must say Jesus said in luke 13:33 that only in Jerusalem do prophets die, and it’s written in revelation 18:24 that in her (the harlot) the blood of the prophets was found, also the blood of apostles and followers of Jesus! Can you explain? Also I forget the verse but someone Google it, Jesus says to Jerusalem that all the righteous deaths on all the earth will be put on her charge and then in revelation the harlot is charged with the blood of all the righteous in the earth? I really think Jerusalem is the harlot. I do believe Jews will believe in Christ Just as far as I understand Jerusalem is the harlot

I’ve been following along with you guys the last few months. I’ve had a hard time reconciling the scripture pointing to Islam but the obvious role the Roman Catholic Church has and seems to currently be playing. I began searching and found what seems to be reason to believe that the Catholic Church actually formed and propagated the Muslim faith. That seems to explain the beast/ harlot relationship as well as the feet of iron and clay in Daniel. Rome’s authority making use of Islam’s military force. Am I missing something and way off, or is that at least a reasonable hypothesis??

It's totally bogus. The notion that Rome created Islam is a truly bizarre theory created by a guy names Alberto Rivera. He claimed to have been a former Catholic Priest in Spain who learned all of this deep information inside the Vatican etc.and then came to the US as a Protestant and shared this information with the churches. His brothers and sisters all say he is a fraud who was never a priest. His story is filled with lies. He got caught several times on tape. He basically just made stuff up and bilked the American Church for years doing so. He had numerous arrest warrants in different states for financial scams. His story itself is filled with obvious anachronisms for anyone who is familiar with history. So try to follow this: He claims the Roman Catholic Church created Islam because it wanted to create an army to kill Eastern Orthodox Christians. Islam started in the 7th century. The split between Roman Catholicism and Eastern Orthodoxy did not happen for another 400 years. That would be like saying that Donald Trump actually created George Washington and America to defeat the Chinese. Hope that was helpful. Blessings!

Ok so where do you guys say the "church" the bride of Christ is at this point right now?? Right when the woman is introduced....... Jesus clearly says the church is His bride Ephesians 5:25 through 27. NOT Israel.....so I'm just curious how you get around those verses?? THANKS!!!! AGAIN EVERYTHING IS ASKED OUT OF PURE LOVE. Well where is Babylon and where is Jerusalem, then. You haven't explained at all where the two locations are. Where is it that actually gets destroyed, and where is it that Jesus reigns as king? And in the place where it was said to them, "You are not my people," it shall be said to them, "Children of the living God." If the Husband dies, the woman is free to marry whom she will in the lord ;)

We read at John chapter 17 this short passage; "(...) babylon the great the mother of prostitutes and of the abominations of the earth. >> "I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of God’s holy people, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus" (...) In my oppinion this can not happened in Jerusalem cause it was destroyed after John made his prophecies. And it can`t happen in futur after the rebirth of Jerusalem what means in our generation. Today there is no place in world where "God`s holy poeple"(and "those who bore testimony to Jesus" ) are existing or get killed. This can only happened in past time - the only possible place ( and circumstances) in this context was Rome and/or maybe Bycantine, so this prophecy of John seems to be fullfilled.

The Woman in the Wilderness is a real woman. She is the second witness and the Lamb's Wife. The first witness is the Messiah, the Lamb of Judgement. Together they will call the world to repentance, prophesy and judge the nations. Zion is her prophet name. She is the Holy Spirit, Mother in heaven. The Lamb is the Spirit of the Father and his name is Emmanuel. They are future King and Queen of Israel. You are being called to repentance for falsely prophesying out of the Book of Revelation.

seems to me you're conflating. Israel is the Father's wife through whom the Son was begotten, the Church is the bride of Christ, the Son. The Father and Son would NOT share a bride. Also, since Jesus was the Father's BEGOTTEN son, the relationship between the father and his bride HAS BEEN consummated, however Christ has gone to prepare a place for HIS bride, the church, they are different women.

And he's going to marry his mother? 1 god in 3 persons, 2 of which have wives we know of. Since this isn't salvational, it'll simply be really interesting to see which way of reading the story turns out to have been correct in the end. But Jesus also called the disciples his brothers. Will Jesus marry His brothers? Worse yet, we are also sons and daughters. Will Jesus marry his children? Forcing analogies or metaphors beyond what they are intended to convey always leads to silliness. Instead, we must focus on examining what the Bible says. Scripture only speaks of one wedding, one unified new people of God. The idea that there are two brides was suggested entirely to save the doctrine fo the pre-trib rapture. But it is not found in the biblical narrative. Blessings to you!

You're saying that the woman in Revelation chapter 12 is Jerusalem or Israel. If the woman represents Israel, then who are the remnant of Israel according to the same chapter in the last verse? Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, "which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ". Who is the Church of Jesus Christ? Are they not the same people who have the testimony of Jesus Christ and who keep the commandments of god? Is there any Scripture whatsoever in the Book of Revelation which indicates that a massive amount of people will repent and accept Jesus Christ as their lord and savior during Daniel 70th week? Absolutely not! The saints who are persecuted and who are prevailed against by the dragon during Daniel's 70th week are the Church of Jesus Christ and are the remnant of the seed of Israel. There is no indication of a repentance. In fact, it is stated four times in the Book of Revelation that despite God having power over the plagues coming in the Earth, that men will continue to blaspheme God and will not repent. Therefore, there is no pre-tribulation rapture. We are the saints who are persecuted and prevailed against during Daniel's 70th week and we must prepare to afflict our souls and be ready to face death while at the same time winning as many people to Christ as possible.

And do not think you can say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit. "And do not think you can say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham." Jesus was simply saying that being ethnic/genetic children of Abraham is not enough to God. They also need to have the faith of Abraham. As Paul alter said, a "true Jew" is one who is both Jewish and who also has the faith of Abraham. "Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit. Anyone who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; anyone on whom it falls will be crushed.” When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard Jesus’ parables, they knew he was talking about them." This was a rebuke to Jesus' fellow countrymen and religious leaders of his day. It is not spoken to the totality of all Israel down through history. Whoever rejects Jesus will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

I listened to your whole video but respectfully with love disagree, Jerusalem is a habitation for devils and a cage for every unclean bird. She says in her heart she sits a queen and is no widow, not knowing her husband came to take the cup of the adulterous bride,(numbers 5) Jerusalem is a Strange Woman, who’s feet abide not in her own house(proverbs 7), and has decked her bed for other lovers, she will be judged as a woman that breaks wedlock. (Ezekiel 16) Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness. In her is found the blood of the prophets and saints(Revelation 18) That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Then two women, come out and bare the ephah between the heaven and the earth, to build it a house in the place of shinar to be established in her own base. I currently believe this to be speaking of Jerusalem and her daughters, Israel and Judah. Plead with your mother! For she is not mine! She is Of Babylon like the Pharisees were Of the devil. The woman is not JERUSALEM. The woman is the church. Israel is still in darkness. The woman is the bride washed in the blood of the lamb, the manchild are the martyrs and the remnant those alive in the grt trib. You are very wrong. 2 women in the book of revelation. The other is the body of Christ the bride.

It stills a Jewish reading of the scriptures… In God’s kingdom who is already and is to come there’s no more jew, no more greek, no circumcised or not, no barbaric no scythe…then if you read scriptures referring to the new Jerusalem, a particular viewpoint doesn’t fitt

It all started with the prophecy that YHWH said in Genesis 3:15. *There will be a long enmity between the serpent and the Woman, between the seed of the serpent and the seed of the Woman.* The Dragon is the first serpent that is the Devil. (Revelation 12:9) The devil is the ruler of the world. (1 John 5:19) Beasts are the seeds of the serpent, be it the 4 beasts mentioned in Daniel 7 , 2 beasts in Revelation 13 and 1 beast in Revelation 17. The Seed of the Woman is God's Chosen People. There is a great mystery about who the two great empires after Babylon, Medo-Persia, Macedonian/Greek and Roman symbolized as Parts of feet made of *Iron & Clay* is written in Daniel chapter 2. Jesus revealed the 2 great Empires through prophecy in the 13th chapter of the Book of Revelation. The beast is generally used as a national symbol by many countries. In Revelation 13 John prophesies about superpower countries after the Roman Empire that the devil uses to make war with the remnant of the women's seed (Rev 12:17). *The First Beast coming out of The Sea (Rev 13:1) It means The Beast just walks on the land.This country is on an island in the ocean.* The Kingdom of the British Isles in the North Atlantic Ocean was formerly a province of the Roman Empire. The Anglo Saxons with their 7 main kingdoms (the Heptarchy) were the forerunners of the present-day British empire. Since the Kingdoms were united by William the conqueror of Normandy, this beast symbol has been used until now by 10 dynasties that once ruled in England (House of Normandy to House of Windsor). *The beast resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion.(Rev 13:2). It was Lion Passant Guardant.* The three lions passant guardant in pale or armed and langued azure, signifying three identical gold lions (also known as leopards) with blue tongues and claws, walking past but facing the observer, arranged in a column on a red background. Although the tincture azure of tongue and claws is not cited in many blazons, they are historically a distinguishing feature of the arms of England. *One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed (Rev 13: 3).* The civil war that occurred in England resulted in the defeat of the British monarchy and made England a commonwealth country where the British monarchy was no longer in power, but the British monarchy came back in power after that. *The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months (Rev 13: 5)* Conscription during the First World War began when the British government passed the Military Service Act in January 1916. Conscription lasted until mid-1919. *and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.(Rev 13:7)* The British Empire was once the ruler of the world and had a territory of 1/5 of the earth's area and controlled 1/4 of the earth's population. *The Second Beast coming out of the earth (Rev 13:11) It means The Beast can Fly like a bird and This country is on a continent.* The Second Continental Congress selected the Bald Eagle as the U. S. National Symbol on June 20, 1782. *It had two horns like a lamb (Rev 13:11) = short-lived two-party system alternately sovereign.* *And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him. (Rev 13:12)* The United States is the successor of the British Empire in exercising power as the world's police. *Causing fire to come down from heaven (Rev 13:13) = Atomic Bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.* (No country other than the U.S. has ever dropped fire from the sky so intensely and because of that other countries have become afraid.) *The Image of The First Beast (Rev 13:14,15) = NATO* (see how NATO was formed and how the U.S helped NATO members who were injured after the World War according to the Marshall Plan) *The mark on their right hand or on their forehead (Revelation 13:16)=It means a dedication.* The mark of the beast is on the sleeves or hats of military uniforms. The U.S. always enforces military service when in a state of war. The United States abolished the military service in 1975, but all male citizens aged 18-25 are required to register with the U.S. Selective Service System to facilitate reinstatement if necessary. *They could not buy or sell unless they had the mark (Rev 13:17)* There is a penalty for refusing Military Service or The Draft imposed by the U.S. government through the Selective Service System, which is 5 years in prison. Those who were imprisoned certainly could not sell or buy. If any American man does not register with the Selective Service System, he can be sentenced to life in prison. For example, men who don't register can't receive federal financial aid, and they can't work for the federal government. (See the seal of the Selective Service System) American men who have registered in The Draft will receive these marks when WW3 occurs and those who refuse will be imprisoned. *666 read SixSixSix abbreviated as SSS is an abbreviation of one of the divisions of the United States government, namely the Selective Service System.* You will find SSS written on the Selective Service System seal. Revelation 13 _4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and _*_they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?_* That's how to worship the beast. It's all about beeing the Army and joint the war. _9 If any man have an ear, let him hear._ *_10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword._*_ Here is the patience and the faith of the saints._ At the time of the war the beast will impose military service and will imprison anyone who refuses. For the saints (The remnant of the women's seed) who obeyed Jesus' command not to kill & keep love their neighbor, they would rather go to prison than go to war. To be in the army and to go to war is to receive the mark of the beast. *_The Beasts in Revelation chapter 13 is the fulfillment of the last 2 great kingdoms of Daniel chapters 2 & 7 before the Kingdom of God comes_* *The beast that came out of the sea in Revelation 13:1,2 was "The Part of feet made of Iron" & "The three horns that fell in Daniel 2:33 & Daniel 7:8,20,24" refers to U.K.* Iron & Other Metals means monarchy. There is one more country (The beast) that will appear after UK and USA. This beast came out of the abyss. The scarlet beast that carrieth the women was the State of Israel. This beast came out of the abyss. (Revelation 11:7 & 17:8) Scarlet color means full of sin. (Isaiah 1:18) The State of Israel is the only country in the world that once existed and then disappeared and came back as a state. (Revelation 17:8,11) Revelation 17 _9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. After Jerusalem on earth is completely destroyed, that is a sign of Christ's coming to pick up his chosen 144,000 people to rule with him in the new Jerusalem in heaven by resurrecting them in the first resurrection. (Revelation 20:4-6) The temple of God has been trampled by the Muslims and used to worship the unknown god, the Jews worship the walls and the Christians worship the graves. The only way a city can be destroyed to make it uninhabitable is by dropping a nuclear bomb. Just as the city of Babylon was destroyed by Cyrus the Persian, so Babylon the great (Jerusalem) will be destroyed by Iran. You don't have to believe this now, believe it when all this happens. This is what the two witnesses will say when they come to Jerusalem. (Revelation 11)
