Slight correction: The game that you are talking about that went viral was Unrecord, not Bodycam. Unrecord is a single-player version of the game that is still in development with more of a focus on story and whatnot. Bodycam and Unrecord are made by different devs, and Unrecord is not out yet.

This is not UNRECORD. UNRECORD is still in development. The bodycam devs decided to throw a bunch of assets together and put this out before UNRECORD. They even grabbed the assets the UNRECORD devs used back in the early tests. It's a bit scummy.

bodycam is a asset flip from unrecord by other devs. they rushed it to get it out before unrecord, to use and steal the hype pretty much. If im being honest the games are almost identical if you took a screenshot from the 1st person pov of both of them. Both use similar assets and Unreal Engine 5

Bodycam is a game that uses some UE store assets, but they have a massive number of in-house creations, including animation, models, mechanics, UI, etc. FFS, stop lying to sound informed like Habie does, you are cringe.

one thing i noticed through out this video is that after a while you can start to notice that the wood is kinda flat or the metal is not reflective, it still looks amazing but you do start to notice those small details after a little bit. or its just my head playing ticks on me
