This band is a cautionary tale about ego, dysfunction, and taking yourselves too seriously. They had everything in place to be a remembered worldwide as one of the greatest bands of all time, and instead they'll fade away with time, and only a few of us will know how incredible they were.

You know deep down Chris and Rich miss him big time. I read Steve’s book, and when they reunited in 05, minus Gorman, it didn’t take long for Chris to call Steve asking him to return.
great set, great sound aswell
Those 2 SGs on Greasy Grass River may be the nastiest groove sounding thing I've ever heard.

They opened with that song at my favorite Crowes show in Salt Lake City back in 05 or 06. Hearing it live was an amazing experience.
Black Crowes are light years away from other bands, they are from another planet... peace ✌️☮️✌️
Rich’s Harry Joyce rig is absolute fire!!
I was lucky to see them in Argentina 15 days ago, they were great, Chris is charming with the public and an excellent voice, the years were not punishment 🎤🎸
Never a bad day with The Black Crowes. Great show.
What s beautiful and majestic place to play
Opening with Wiser Time: Wow!!! It's like Zeppelin opening with Stairway to Heaven

The mix in this is great... The Black Crowes are such a great band.

Awesome ! Thank you
Great upload! I saw them a few weeks earlier, in Interlochen, Michigan. In the lakeside pines with a similar setlist, but a smokin' Thick n'Thin.
So great. Thank you.

I lived in Amherst and north Hampton from 1986 until 1990. Where in the world Is the pines theater? Is this something I never knew existed or more likely as something that appeared long after I was gone? Great Stuff
Just a small correction... After 1 hour, three minutes and 50 seconds after the percussion effects starts "Movin' on down the line" (it's alright sisters, it's alright brothers, etc)...
Wow. I was there. And this just happened to show up randomly on my feed. Thanks for the trip down memory lane ☮️💜🎶

Was at this show. What a great little venue. Surrounded in the back by a beautiful hedge grove. Paul and Adam stepped in beautifully on that tour. Thanks for posting this!
Funny this in in Mass. YEARS ago the singer was doing a solo tour and was playing at the Paradise near Fenway. Next door there is a near legendary record store called In Your Ear. Poor guy walked in and thought people were going to be like "WHOA ROCKSTAR"..... nobody really cared and he was kind of a baby about it. Not a total diva meltdown but he was CLEARLY disappointed. I felt sorta bad for him. It wasn't personal. He just wasn't the kind of musician the handful of folks in there were really thinking about. So rockstars. Don't go to independent record stores with much expectation.
Love hearing Chris belt out Virtue And Vice like that.

Marc Ford is 1st, and Luther is 2nd. This period after the departure of Marc for the 2nd time was a horrible time for the Crowes. They resurrected after Luther Dickinson joined the band. Not saying Paul is a bad guitarist, just wasn’t a good fit for Crowes.
