The Mandarin cut was one of the biggest selling points for me and it didn't disappoint. It's obviously going to be rougher transitioning from the 4k Restoration to the Mandarin Cut but I've seen other titles that are way more jarring using low res sources with different aspect ratios but I'm always happy for these to be pieced together for posterity. That said, I'm excited to watch it again choosing the grindhouse version straight through and am really glad they included the raw scan because on it's own it actually looks great considering the age. The damage/fading isn't as bad as one would expect it to be so props for them going the full nine with it.

@@invincibleasiaofficial it’s my favorite of Bruce Lee’s Golden Harvest films. Twin Dragons is my favorite Jackie Chan movie so that’s probably my favorite Golden Harvest film over all.

Nice review, just to point out The Big Boss - The Mandarin Cut is no doubt 10 mins longer, which is very welcomed by us fans for the very first time (but still not the full uncut version, missing the ‘saw in the head scene’ and other scene extensions’)👌🏼👍🏼.

I just got my set and it's absolutely worth every cent. I went straight for the new game of death found footage. That alone is worth the price. Can't wait till you reach that disk
