the biggest blunder is or was sheldon knocking 3 times on doors and other objects and the reason is that at the beginning sheldon used to knock like any other normal person, the 3 knocks were added later but sheldon said in one episode that he knocks 3 times because when he was a child he found his dad having sex with a stranger and the 3 knocks give people time to prepare. and there is also howards wife who at the beginning had a normal voice and later became unbearably ridiculous, chip munk like.
