In defense, knowing Sheldon, they probably thought they had to find some solution to let him switch subjects or else he would have made all their lives hell indefinitely.

It’s actually really cute how they turn Sheldon and Howard’s point of contention into a bonding game by the end of the episode.

Love that your screenshot has the spitball in mid flight. I virtually fell over in laughter at Sheldon answering the phone...."CAN'T TALK!! SPITBALL!! PROBABLY GOING TO DIE!!" 😂😂 Also, I dont think you've seen it yet and it's not really a spoiler. But the guys all admit in a small moment (blink and you'll miss it) that Sheldon is way smarter than them. That is true if you are only measuring academic wit. The other devices we humans employ (social skills...etc) to navigate life are severly lacking in Sheldon. The other guys have their own issues. But Sheldon needs his friends keep him from failing life. 😣

It was an ongoing source of much wonder for me, from pilot to finale, that none of Sheldon's friends ever cracked, lured him into a dark alley, and beat him to death with a steel pipe.

Aw, you like Castle! I think I know which two-parter you were talking about. But Sheldon should be more worried about mono than an STD from a spit-ball, which *can* kill you, but only if you rupture your spleen through physical trauma or are immunocompromised.

TBBT and Castle! Two of my favorite post-2000 TV shows, along with Person of Interest and Monk. The only 21st century shows that I would watch endlessly in reruns. 😊

An earful of melted caramel, huh? Sure, scalding hot melted caramel, I would say. 😂 I have a scar due to melted caramel. Not in my ear, thankfully, but now that line is funnier than I remember, even though it reminds me of second-degree burns. Sheldon would cause second-degree burns on anyone except Leonard's mom. As much as I don't like agreeing with Sheldon, if someone shot their spit in my mouth like Howard did, I would accuse them of assault too. 😅

Something to remember, Penny doing well at her new job means being good at convincing doctors to prescribe medications with harmful side effects. There are many jokes in the show about Bernadette's and now Penny's company producing and selling medications with debilitating effects. Not only is that not funny, but I don't think that's how Penny wants to spend her life. I absolutely hate the Penny becomes a Big Pharma rep plotline. If the writers were going to have Penny quit both waitressing and acting, the career change should've been something that honored her character. This did not.

How many takes did it take to get the spitball scene 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

how does Sheldon not know about pipe flow rates its literally common sense. As the pipes diameter shrinks the flow rate increases cause the same amount of water has to get through a smaller hole, thats how the mayans were able to send water upward from its source for luxurious balcony pools thousands of years before the harnessing of electricity.

the point of the scene is that he knew, but in that exact moment he was vomiting the spitball out of his throat, thats why he immediatly stopped and went silent

Yeah it's too bad that Sheldon is not a fighter because Howard for sure would have gotten his ass kicked, I ain't going lie lol. Like I understood what he was doing but its other ways to be petty and shooting a spitball inside someone's mouth, is over the line😂

He clearly wasn't aiming for his mouth, and everything was only in retaliation to Sheldon being out of line. He would have been a fine student if Sheldon had even attempted to actually teach.

ANY CLASS, GRADUATE OR UNDERGRAD, REQUIRES AT LEAST 15 STUDENTS AND 6 STUDENTS RESPECTIVELY.🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓
