The bicep curls of track cycling training, MAC's! (Moto Accelerations)
These efforts are super fun and super fast. Kane and I are still working on some technical things but a mid session bike setup change makes a world of difference and the confidence is continuing to build.
Apologies as we only got footage of 2 out of the 4 efforts as we had some issues with the GoPro.

    Love MACs. Effort 4 looked much stronger out of turn 2 and nice entry into T3. Agree that confidence is a big thing.
