To be fair El chapo is done. He's in adx and is no way getting out of there. The US made an example of him. It's why in his capture photos he looks like a president after serving a term. I never liked El chapo much, the praise is to MZ he's yet to be captured and stays humble and out of sight like a real boss should.

Well, mayebe your right, but I think one of the reasons if this lack of conduct is the nature of drug trade. With the insane amounts of money,barbaric violence and the constant change of situations added in equation, it's impossible to follow those kind of rules like Cosa Nostra has for example.
