Pretty sure they had tapes or pics of them and maybe some weren't in the frames captured so he just gave the lest possible number after the stats were taken from the recordings

I watched 30 seconds of this documentary and left, because I couldn’t accept that censorship on words like cocaine be applied on a topic about Escobar. You can’t erase history even if YT rules and regulations apply.
