    Made this last night. Delicious! My wife is now fully on board the Jean-Peirre train! I cut the recipe in half as there are only two of us- still made 4 massive pancakes, so be ready for leftovers! We served with a tahini sauce instead of the tzatziki, and it was great.

    Chef JP, I have a challenge for you. I am an over the road truck driver, with an 8 quart pot and a 10 inch fry pan. My ingredients include ground beef, clarified butter, 28 oz canned tomatoes, small cans of tomato paste, dry tyme, dry basil, dry terragon, and dry rosemary. Onyos, penne, Spaghetti noodles, macaroni noodles. Also have lots of butter and cream. I have 1 spatula and 1 chef knife. I love binge watching your videos Chef JP! looking forward to seeing your creation!

    Chef, last week I was in an accident, totaled my car, broke my arm, but am fine otherwise. Life is good. Zucchini cakes are a favorite. Add a bit of Old Bay seasoning, or your favorite crab cake seasoning, pan fry or oven broil, and you have a delicious mock crab cake. Enjoy your well earned vacation. 👍

    Chef! I made these today! And just like love making, I made many substitutions! I made the wonderful Greek Tzatziki sauce as well! I used milk bags to get the rest of the water out. I'm glad I keep those around, because I use them to make fresh ricotta and cashew milk from time to time. Thank you, Chef!

I love techniques you explain,your such a great teacher.you don't just explain how to cook but explain the WHY, such as onions first, capturing the fragrance of the garlic.
