Thank you for the asprin 😁😂 You solved all my problems I was having with DaVinci Resolve as I was trying to complete my stinger. I didn't want to use Adobe AE, because Adobe does weird things with peoples computers including telemetry I don't like. Subbed, because you are the only one that made it easy through DaVinci Resolve, including getting webM final output file. Thanks 😉👍 I will soon be donating to that guy who made Shutter. Thats a reallty neat little app. 😁

I can NOT express how absolutely great your videos are. I have watched so MANY other videos. Some talk too fast, some click the mouse about 4-7 times per second, even pausing gets you no clue. The BIGGEST thing I like is presenting the answer without paying $754.95 per month for several software packages to use one or two times. Thank You So Much !

Hi Michael. Thanks for your response to a question I had and posted on one of your other videos. Here's a new one. I have a mp4 file that I created and would like to turn it into a Stinger. Is there a way to import this video into DaVInci (or any other program) and turn it into a stinger?

Okay. I downloaded DaVinci. I was watching your video and following along. No problem. Then my internet went out, damage to the cable somewhere. So. I was on my own. Then I came up with ideas. Yes. I know. I am in trouble now. Anyway. I got one rectangle designed, and animated it left to right. The I copied the rectangle to attach to the background colors. Three of them. Then added a shadow. I made them all different sizes, so the rear end was also the same way. So, you say Po-Ta-Toe, I say Po-Tay-To. Yes. I twisted it around. I do this in cooking too.

After saving and re-opening the example in Devinci Resolve, when I go into fusion, all I see are two boxes, Medialn1 connected to MediaOut1. The project is there and plays, just no details. How does one bring back all the detailed connections for further editing? I'm sure this is something easy to resolve, but it's not obvious. Are there any recommended videos for general navigation around Davinci Resolve?

@@MichaelFeyrerJr I'm not in front of the app at the moment. I closed the program earlier, restarted it, and brought up the project, then selected "fusion" along the bottom. I thought that was the saved composition(?). I'll look at it again later. Never tried Davinci Resolve before today so am a total neophyte on this software. Great intro to doing stinger transitions.
