I’ve been hitting 200 to 300 baseballs a day off of the tee. I take ground balls in the infield for 30 minutes and then take pop flies in the outfield for 30 minutes. I throw two bullpens twice a week with my brothers. I’ve been lifting weights in my spare time and have been improving as many aspects of my game as possible. The virus may keep me from playing on a team, but it won’t stop my work ethic.⚾️⚾️💪💪

I’ve been sneaking onto a nice field with my friend and practicing everydat
I’ve set up a net where I can hit into off a tee and throw into, but I’ve also been working on foot work and mechanics
I have been doing J-Bands, agility drills, running, tee hitting and recording myself to see what adjustments I have to make, fielding drills, and throwing with a couple of actual pitching throw days mixed in there.
I have been setting aside 2 hours a day for this whole break in baseball to start improving myself, i have been working with a minor league prospect to help on my swing on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I have another prospect to work on pitch control and velocity. I have a 70 foot batting cage in my yard to hit in and also have a mound in it too. But not only have I put baseball up front, i have school work too help me with my 4.5 GPA. I have had a pro 44 sense the very beginning of my baseball career and started a trend on my travel, and school teams to use them as well. I hope you will consider my application for this glove, it is very beautiful.
Thanks for the break in tips! I'm starting by getting a new 44 Pro Glove thanks to Randy!
I have been doing a full workout including stretching/dynamic warmup, hitting and tracking my progress using a Blast sensor, fielding off a pitchback net, a full throwing workout including Jaeger bands, and then on some days, I throw bullpens. I basically do a self-regulated/self-run practice every day so I can be ready and not rusty whenever baseball comes back. I also lift some light weights and run a lot, with a little bit of plyometric ladder work thrown in there. I want to be prepared for whatever challenges are presented at the end of this coronacation.

wow i love j bands
Lifting weights at home, riding a stationary bike, push-ups, sit-ups, practicing taking grounders with an imaginary ball, pitching with a sock, and practicing my swing.
I go outside each day for an hour and take ground balls and picks on my throwback net along with swinging the bat. I also play catch with my dad everyday for about 45 minutes.
To get better, I have been following a workout program every day, hitting off the tee every day, doing agility drills, working on hands drills, throwing a bullpen twice a week, and taking fungo for outfield.
I’ve been doing strength training, pushups, and footwork, as well as hitting into a net. My friend has a 44, and I really hope I win!
I’ve been hitting off the tee into a net everyday, I’ve been running around the block everyday and I do 100 push-ups, 100 sit ups and 1:30 planks everyday.
I watch your videos to learn the proper way to prep and use the equipment. My son wants to play so I’m learning the details.
My daughter is 8. She's just learning how to swing. We've been in the backyard with the batting net. To learn how to swing, she starts by swinging a thin one handed bat off the tee. She works both hands. On the second bucket, she swings a heavy wood bat. On the third bucket, she uses her Rawlings Eclipse Fast Pitch, 27" drop 12. After one bucket with the one handed bat, and one bucket with the wood bat, she's killing it with the drop 12 on the third and final bucket. By the time this coronavirus is dome, she's going to be knocking it out of the park! Go baby girl! She would love this glove you are giving it away. Both myself and my son use 44Pro. Make her day, and she'll publish a video review about it :)
I been in a throwing and weight lifting program for the past year and half called P3 (Premier pitching and performance). You can check them out at p3_stl on twitter.
I’ve been hitting off of a tee for 1 hour a day, after that playing catch for 1 hour. After playing catch I hit in a batting cage. After the cage I take fielding practice with ground balls and pop fly’s. After that I take a nice 2-3 mile run to stay in shape. Soft toss to end it off and that’s my daily routine. 👌🏻
My daughter is 12 we’ve taking the legs away by doing ground work on the knees with going through the ball, practicing the backhand and glove side. Then we add the legs back to the drill and she looks so smooth after. Doing quick hand drills without the glove. She does this every day to go along with tee work and long toss. I also coach my kids teams and teach all of these fundamentals. She’d love to make this her 1st shortstop glove for the next few years. Great video by the way. Jake V

Hey, I just ordered my first 44! I also purchased the glove rub, how often should I apply that to my glove?
@P2damian

Whenever it just looks dry or has dirt just turn the water on and grab some water in one palm and slap it on the palm, don’t put a lot of water just enough to get the dirt out then you can apply glove rub

Never use aloe shaving cream and leave it out over night then wake up and hit it with them mallet
Hitting the gym everyday, lifting and squatting. I also started using weighted balls to help recover from a shoulder injury.
I tried breaking in my softball pattern 44 properly. I really did. I spent so much time with it. I even got a softball specific mallet (uses an actual softball attached to a handle). But I just couldn't get it the way I wanted it. It was taking forever to mold to my fingers and the pocket felt so small. I ended up doing the very very not recommended way of soaking in hot water, putting in a ball, wrapping in a towel, and sticking it under my mattress for 3 weeks. It was still slightly damp when I took it out which was actually a good thing because it made the glove mold to my fingers really quickly. I know its bad, I know its wrong and not recommended. But I just wanted to use the damn thing in a game! Now it's nice and floppy and I love it :) Best glove I've ever owned!
I have been hitting off a tee and working on my fielding with my dad to make me the best ball player I can be.

My 10 year old is using this time to be a kid and doing stuff that we do not get to do during the spring time while breaking in his new 44 pro glove we are also still playing catch and doing drills but mainly using this time for him to take a break from the fast every day life of tournament and league baseball.
I practice 24/7, and made a pitching mound in my backyard I pitch a lot on it. I still practice through this vîrûś that’s going around, and i already have a 44 pro glove and I just ordered another, it’s coming in soon!
hitting off the tee and strength training

Working hard on and off the field. And putting 110 percent of effort every time I get on the field.
I subscribed, me and my team practice everyday except Sundays from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. I still practice on Sundays with my friends. I hit off the tee a lot, do rolly pollys, and run a lot.
hi 44, i’ve been playing catch everyday with my brothers, hitting with my dad, and going to the park with my friends. i would be so happy if i won this glove. By the way been a huge fan for a while now and a big fan of coachella gloves and benny miller.
I have been hitting into my net, and taking ground balls with my come-backer. Listening to my coach’s is another way I get better.
My 10yr old son has been hitting into his net everyday in our basement! He would love a 44 glove to kick off his select season! Great instructional video! Thanks!
1 things I have been doing to get better is creating baseball workout in my house like working on fielding and getting bigger faster and stronger to help me grow and develop as a baseball player!
taking grounders from my elderly father, hes taught me so much about the game, making me a better, and spending quality time bonding.
Since I’m an infielder, I’ve been working on footwork and hands. I’ve also been working on picking. On the hitting side, I’m more of a speed guy and I’ve been trying out slap hitting. My glove is a 5 year old hand me down so I could really use a new one. (BTW, this was a helpful video. I’ve been helping my younger brother break in his new glove).
I take a 20-30 min run everyday twice a day. Then just ease into my throwing routine. Just start like 10 ft away and work it back then bring it back in. Then do our grounders, short hops, and the pop flys. Now I move to hitting. First I take practice swings to loosen up. Now I am doing soft toss for about 100 swings. Then I will switch to tee swings for about 150 swings. After hitting I’ll go back to throwing and I’ll start to do quick hand transfers and then do back hand and forehand picks. Then I’ll either pitch or work on blocking for catching and maybe throwing down to second base. Awesome giveaway💪🔥⚾️!!
I do rotator cuff exercises for one hour, throw for 25 minutes, and hit switch for 1 hour with baseballs and foam golf balls with a broom stick. Also I take short-hops with a baseball off of my wall for multiple hours a day. Again, I do wind sprints in an open field and squats across the street.
Hey44, At the beginning of the year i made a resolution to hit balls of the Tee everyday for the rest of the year. I have kept good on this resolution and I also play catch with my dad whenever he gets a day off from work. If i won this glove I would give it to him as a birthday present letting him know that his hard work and dedication to me and my baseball will pay off one day! Thanks 44!
I’ve been putting on “practices” 6 days a week for my high school team to make sure we are still getting our work in during this tough time in the country without sports. I’m also using this time to work on my overall strength and diet.
Going to the little league field, hopping the fence, and hitting absolute BOMBS, well kinda. Taking ground balls there as well and playing catch with my brother. Keeping everything (mechanics, feels, etc.) just how it was when the season was still going.
Just purchased a new pro 44 glove blonde and mesh style , Can’t wait to start playing catch with it. I’m already looking at a new pro 44 glove in the style 574 with the laced web style .
I have been going to field working on my game, going to the cages, lifting, doing agility training, pitching training to work on everything about my game, working on my arm accuracy, working on my foot work when coming to the ball, etc. I have been grinding all winter and my whole life and I hope I can prove myself when I get to play high school at the Varsity level this year and I will continue to work on my game no matter what!!
I'm 14 years old and have been sneaking into the shutdown park across the street from my house and have been doing long toss every day to strengthen my arm. I also set up a net that I can hit and pitch into. You gotta do what you gotta do to improve every day.
Excited to get my first 44 pro glove. Thanks for creating this video, I’m going to play catch with my son right now!
I play softball for my university and our season was cancelled due to the virus. I’ve been working out and trying to become faster. I’m a pitcher so I’ve really been working on ball rotation and whip speed! Love the glove!!
I have had my 44 pro glove for 5 months it is doing very well!
Great video, this is pretty much how I have always do a glove break in. This is a more natural way of doing it versus steaming or driving over your glove with the family car (craziness) or even putting it in your microwave like others have said. Time and patience will always form a better pocket than quicker less conventional ways of doing it. Well done.
Great Vid. Teaching my 2 year old son to switch hit. About 15-20 swings a day each side. 🤙🏽
Hey 44 Pro Gloves hope you guys are staying safe and Healthy. Currently I am injured with my shoulder. I have been doing a lot of running and body weight workouts. Great video have a amazing day!
I’ve been doing Willson Contreras’s personal catchers workout and running 2 miles a day. This is coupled with field work and BP at least every other day during the quarantine. Most weekends I will also throw a bullpen/flatground.
I am taking batting practice everyday and taking ground balls. I am also working on turning double plays with a friend. When I take batting practice, before I start, I spend 30 minutes on the tee and hitting soft toss.
What I am doing to get better is that I'm doing 100 push ups, and 100 squats. I also do a 2 mile run. I go to the batting cages and at home I hit heavy balls. I always get my dad to hit me grounders and I go through a throwing program to strengthen my arm. Since school is out I have all the time to do all this. But I'm really trying to get a new glove mine is like 8 years old and kinda small so I'm doing whatever I can to get a new glove. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to win this glove and I hope the best to everyone!
I've been doing workouts every morning and night to get faster and stronger, as well as going to the field at least 3 times a week with my dad to work on pitching and hitting.
I am watching all the videos from the pros on how to get better at all positions. Everything fr footwork to throwing form and batting theories and styles. I can take this to practice and get better every day!
I’ve been mainly working on strength, with pushups, planks, crunches, and squats. I’ve also been playing catch, throwing, and catching bullpens.
Using a bands, working out, playing catch, taking ground balls, tee work and watching Benny Miller!
My son and I have been working on fielding and batting in the basement. Very limited space but you do what you can to improve every day!
As a coach I’ve been sending videos to my team to keep our team spirits up through this crazy shut down. We will play baseball this year and be a strong group of young men.

Your fat old ass thought you was gonna get the glove. Let the kids have it
I love doing tee work and soft toss I play 3rd base so I've worked on getting the ball across the diamond and pressing through the ball always working through it ]
I’ve been doing some at home work outs. Doing squats, leg lifts, push-ups, sit ups, mountains climber, and more strength and agility work plus ab work. I also have been going outside and hitting off the tee and doing some picking drill to help at catching. I also have been doing runs around my town of course obeying the COVID-19 procautionary measures and been doing some more stuff to stay in shape.
Since right now the little league team I was coaching has been postponed I have been drawing up and testing some more drills that I can do to help better the skills of those kids. It’s all about teaching the next generation of ball players to love and appreciate the game.
I’ve been doing at home workouts consisting of abs, arms, chest and legs all body weight workouts with a run in the morning, then playing catch up to with a partner and throwing a bull pen twice a week!
Ive been practicing my swing by hitting off of a tee and soft toss. I also have been throwing with my dad pretty often.
Home workouts, tee work(hitting oppo, up the middle, and pulling the ball), studying game film, working on mechanics, and long toss.
To get better I have been hitting into the net everyday with a tee, throwing with my brother, and practicing my grounders and picks.
I’ve been getting better by running laps around my neighborhood since the Gyms are closed, and playing catch with my 6 year old daughter who starts little league this year and just watching old baseball games and examining players techniques.
Tee work, rebound net drills, soft toss, long toss, running, the works.
Watching the 30 clubs in 30 days videos to learn tee drills as well as fielding drills to do at home during this quarantine.
I've been working out for 3 hours a day with my brother and I have been taking grounders for 1-2 hours. Every other day is hitting, and I hit heavy balls, wiffles, and then tee work. Then obviously I'm eating three meals a day and making sure I get my 8 hours of sleep to keep going the next day. Though I do all of this AFTER I get my school work done.
How I am making my self better. Teaching my sons the life values you can learn from this great American pastime. Trust your teammates. Instilling a good routine. Always work hard and put in the time. Your coaches are not just make you a better baseball player, but also a stronger and better person for your life journey. This game has kept us closer and given me even more to look forward to what life will bring them and myself.
Ive been working with both of my kids fielding and batting to each other. They are also pitching everyday and doing inside fielding and hand eye coordination drills before bed. 😀
Hitting soft toss, tee work, fielding, pitching. Can’t wait to get back on the field!!
Me and a couple pitchers on my high school team go to a field three times a week and some throw pens and we stand in so we can still see some live pitching over this break. Hopefully we get back to playing soon!
I’ve been playing catch, hitting off a machine, and taking grounders & pop flys with my dad for the first time in a while so it’s a lot of fun!
I've drawn a square on the wall in my backyard and for 2 weeks I've been throwing my bullpens there since I have no on to play catch with . Some home workouts to keep me in shape and I've been jogging a lot . #stayhealthy everyone I hope I get to stay on the field asap :)
I have been doing a workout daily to build strength, also I've been taking short hops with a training glove. One other thing I have been doing is taking swings off a tee to stay consistent. I have Crohn's (a inflammatory intestinal disease) and baseball has got my mind off the pain, but with all that's going on in the world right now I haven't been able to play as much. Doing those drills and workouts has kept me happy and motivated to get back on that field. I would also like to say thank you 44 I bought a glove from you guys a while back and I love it, it was my first high quality glove. Keep up the amazing work.
I’ve been working on trying to stay in shape because all of the gyms in my area are closed due to Covid-19. I also go hit and throw up at my high school field to try to stay ready so hopefully when our season resumes I can have a good senior season.
I've been helping my son in 12u baseball with pitching, hitting, and fielding. Plus I just ordered him a youth pro 44 custom glove for his birthday coming up in a couple of weeks
I live on a farm a lot of good work and lot of hard work this past week had to chop trees down and help my goats with hay and stuff and also had to replace the roof on the barn but everyday after I’ve hit off of a tee for atleast an hour and 30 minutes my biggest issue is hitting so during this extended off season that’s what I’m working to get better at.
Just bought a custom 44 glove for my daughter about three weeks ago. We are excited to see the finished product once it's done. We've been working on staying square in front of ground balls and tee work.
I've been reading the ABC's of Pitching by H. A. Dorfman. Really has opened my eyes to baseball's mental game.
Ive been using walls to bounce a balls off to work on short hops. Hitting about 100 balls off the tee working all areas of the field. Playing catch every day if i can due to weather. And watching hours worth of videos to learn more about the game.
I’ve been lifting, running, throwing a ball against the wall, tee work, and working my hand eye coordination.
Hitting the gym at least 2 times a week. Batting cage also 2 times minimum. Usually gym first cage after. Then going to the tunel for 2 hours play some catch, BP and do some infield with my buddies.
I’ve been taking grounder and sprints in my back yard. I’ve also been hitting into my tee and watching mlb film.
hold the telephone, IVE BEEN BREAKING IN MY GLOVE FOR 2 MONTHS THE EXACT WAY YOU DEMONSTRATED AND AND AND, I CANT EVEN SQUEEZE IT A TINYYY BIT?? LIKE WHAT???

5K SUBS WITH FIVE VIDEOS CHALLENGE. you probably got a pro stiff glove then, or 44 make very stiff gloves. i got a pro stiff mizuno T-web glove and have spent 2 months on it without the glove oil and it is closing well and is closing really well, just the pocket is not deep at all (its meant for softball outfield, and it cant really swallow a softball at all)
I've been working on my footwork and speed doing ladder drills and sprints, just working on my fielding and such throwing at my net. Covid-19 has me locked up, but i'm making the most of it. I've had the same old glove for about 6 years now, and any glove would be better than the pancake built one I have now. I'd be beyond grateful if you guys could help me out.
Throwing off the rebound net and also tossing with my brother and running to stay fit. Hard with the quarantine but we still working hard!
I was playing 1st year of high ball. We were practicing for 2-3 hours right after school then doing 45 minutes of conditioning and weight lifting. However after the virus hit we haven't been able to have practice. Yesterday the governor announced that all schools in my state are cancelled till May 1st. I have a brother so we play catch every day for a while and he just got a new 1st base glove so it's perfect for him. My dad did just buy a bownet so everyday I've been hitting off the tee or soft toss with weighted balls, and hitting BP at a park next to my house. I have a ton of time off school and it's my Birthday I turned 15 so a perfect time to get a new Mitt.
Just built a full batting cage in the backyard for my tee work, bp and a little bit of infield drills. Plus going up to the field to take my infield fungo. All to get ready for the u23 WBSC 🇳🇿
Hitting off the tee in my garage. Lifting weights. Doing cardio, pushups, sit-ups, and running.
tee work, fielding drill, emailing colleges, pitch recognition( GameSense), daily throwing, arm care, and agility work
Hitting the gym hard, ploy err is, got my diet on point, lots of tee work and working on getting my custom 44 nice and game ready!!!
I’ve been using my baseball hitting net and I’ve been play catch for an hour a day I hope everyone appreciates what 44gloves does to get everyone there gloves thank you
Since I’m an outdoor person and I’m stuck I’m my home, to keep ourselves healthy and sane we go outside and play catch until it gets dark then go eat dinner with the family :)
My son is obsessed with baseball and the 44 gloves and is working everyday.. If it’s not 100+ swings a day in the backyard off the tee, then we are working on fielding inside .. Never can do enough being 2nd base and pitcher..
I’ve been sad first of all that my season got cancelled, but that doesn’t change the fact that I’m going to my backyard and putting extra work for example: tee work, a lot of grounders and speed drills. I really want this glove because Im currently using a really old one and I need a replacement.
Ive been doing body workouts since the gyms out the question, doing plyo ball drills against a wall, working on footwork from behind the plate to each base, dry swings, and the treadmill.
Just got in from throwing the ball around with my son. His season is on hold but we are still practicing in the snow. Teaching him how to track the ball properly! Foot work is life. 🤙🏾 I see you Corona! 🧐
Even though baseball is cancelled I’ve been lifting weights 3 days a week, playing catch with my dad, taking ground balls, taking fly balls, hitting soft toss, running, and just waiting for the season to start again, oh and I’m playing catch with myself while laying down
I’ve been doing pancake drills in my backyard and hitting off my tee everyday, Do to COVID-19 for our sessions getting canceled I have plenty of time to brake in a glove. love what y’all are doing I have started a pro 44 trend at my school and have 4 other teammates that bought 44 gloves cause of me. :)
