The Best Wardrobe From IKEA?
In this review, we'll be taking a look, at least in my opinion, at one of the best wardrobes from IKEA. By best I mean that it's reasonably priced and has most of the necessities you look for in a wardrobe. The Brimnes wardrobe has a wide section and a narrow section. The wider section has a rod that can be adjusted to a different height if you have longer articles of clothing like dresses or jackets. This section of the Brimnes wardrobe also has a shelf that can be placed near the top of the wardrobe or the bottom. In the narrow section of the wardrobe, you have two adjustable shelves that can be adjusted to three different heights. It would be a good area to store your jeans, sweatpants and other types of clothing or accessories. A good addition to the Brimnes wardrobe is that IKEA added a mirror but I think its a bit on the narrow side. Overall, if you're looking for something that has a decent amount of storage space, something to hang you're clothes in and at a reasonable price, then I think this is the wardrobe for you.

Thank you so much for your helpful videos. Could you not add something like the 3M sticky hooks on either side of the part of the unit that only has shelves, to make for extra hanging space? Would they stick to the laminated board that Ikea uses? Or does Ikea sell extra pieces so you can hang a smaller rod across, like they do with the Songesand 3 door one? Thank you.

In your opinion, if you were to place weights on the bottom shelves towards the back of the wardrobe, do you think that it would help to prevent the wardrobe from tipping over without having to attach it to the wall?

I see you reviewed both this and Songesand. Which one do you recommend better? Or is there a different one you recommend for under $300. Looking for something to use as a makeshift closet for an office turned into a bedroom. thank you!

With the Songesand wardrobe, you get more storage space, can hang more clothes, and nicer handles. In my opinion, I like the Songesand better, that's why I used it in my makeover but it's up to you if you're willing to spend more for those features.
