Beautiful rigs! But a lot of your footage is you standing in front of the rigs blocking the view of them. 😂. Just the same- thanks for sharing!

Would have been great to actually see the rigs.
Rad dude.
Love vintage vehicles!
Those vehicles look fantastic! We're hoping to have time to look around.
I also drive a1973 Suburban Custom Deluxe 10. Has 5.7 four bolt with granny 4 speed, full time 4WD and positrac. It has been broken 💔 for 16yrs. Pulled out from bushes with backhoe = = = The Resurrection has begun with the help of LMC Truck.
I watched Brad's video on the Hulk, and that rig is awesome. But the Toyota has it beat. Dream truck right there.

I think I’d take either :) - Jacob
The Apache is sweet, but I think I like Wangers's Cherokee best.
great rigs, it would be nice to see them more instead of you blocking the majority of the shot though.
that wagoneer
My friend Teddly Lamar, owner of 1984 Toyota 4×4 22r .it was built by Winnebago. I was a pre production 4 runner. It has a fiberglass bed-shell. Complete with walk through, backseat with belt and roll cage. Glove box has a lot of stickers from Winnebago about the build. Check it out sometime
The apache is nice build. Ditch the lights and the rooftop tent and fill that bed with real camping gear!!
Sorry I didn't get the year correct. It is a 1982.
It'd be nice if you showed the rigs instead of standing in front of them.
You stood in front of and blocked all the rigs, pretty much..... C'mon man! Rename the video to "The BEST Vintage Overland Vehicles You Won't Get To See" 🤣
All cool builds and nothing against the product, but at least add "With KC HiLites" to the title. Or maybe it's just a coincidence that builds without them just werent worthy...
We want to see the rigs!! Don’t mind the dude talking and explaining but he’s standing in front of the trucks and doesn’t really show us much of the rigs.
GET OUT OF THE WAY SO THE VEHICLES CAN BE SEEN !!!
The sad state of what you are covering. Listen to your statement at 3:36. "it is used for a bunch of content creation and is actually used for camping" No wonder the "Overlanding World" is a joke outside of the You Tubers and the Expo crowd.

Brands will build these vehicles for content creation, at the end of the day they are used to showcase products, but when they are also able to use them for camping we find that awesome and we support that! - Jacob

It's funny to watch all the influencers walking around the expo with their cameras...They are not there to buy anything, but, only to make content. The expo is a dinner bell to the overlanding channels.

@@xbpbat21x All true but that said, having been to a couple of these it's very hard to see everything and talk to everyone in detail. So YT is a way to get some back story and deets on stuff. I do like these retro rigs but also want to see them used. I recall a guy up on the Pike's Peak Hill Climb running a old Cuda'. People were asking him if he was crazy running this classic car up the peak. His response: The cars were made to be driven! At the end of the day, rigs were made to be driven IMO. With ya there.

So... the way it's always been for automotive shows?

@@xbpbat21x So just like SEMA was for TV shows until the internet took that over?
