December can be a crazy time in the classroom! Teaching and learning must go on, but engagement can be extremely difficult around the holidays. Today I’m sharing one of my favorite writing activities that is sure to be a ton of fun while still being rigorous. Our Gingerbread House Descriptive Writing Activity has always been a teacher and student favorite. Students take on the role of realtor and create their own description of a home that they create in a real estate flier. Tune in as I walk you through this exciting activity.
