5 pump burpee variations are an excellent way to get a mix of strength and muscle endurance, the pump and upper body development you get with these elite variations are second to none.

    @TheFDream So I'm assuming you're a full time athlete. Or live with your mom. It would up half your day lol. 500 Burpees is alot. 500 20 counts is unrealistic

    Just followed along I'm guessing 10 reps per variation burpee. Will use this as a foundation for me next time I will do 2 round then 3👍🤘
