I made really delicious tiramisu today.
I made a comfortable design using a salad bowl I had at home.
(Of course, it is also good to use a gratin bowl.)
The design is very classic and ordinary, but the taste is truly special.
If you want to make delicious tiramisu, try making it like this.
There are many points, but two special ingredients make tiramisu even more special.
I made "Savoyardi" myself, but you can also make it by purchasing a commercial product.

Classic tiramisu uses raw eggs, but...
I was worried about salmonella, so I added cream instead of egg whites.
If you have fresh eggs, you can use egg whites.
The yolk is an adapted version of “zabaglione”, an Italian custard cream.
Very special and delicious.
The Illy "Ethiopia" coffee I used has balanced flavors of jasmine, orange blossom, chamomile and flowers, and a pleasant acidity.
I added a little more lemon flavor.

● Cup measure standard
237ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml=1tsp
1 egg (53 g without shell)
Heavy cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is chopped, flour is before sifting)
● Tiramisu size [20cm(D)*5cm(H) ]
● Savoiardi (Lady Finger)
2 yolks
20g sugar
3ml Vanilla extract
2 egg whites
40g sugar
55g cake flour
5 g corn starch
1 g baking powder
powdered sugar
● Coffee syrup-1 (espresso...)
75g espresso
30g hot water
30g sugar
10ml Amaretto liqueur (Marsala, dark rum, Kahlua can be substituted)
** Amaretto liqueur is a liqueur made using almonds.
It is a representative Italian liqueur made by slicing peeled almonds into thin slices and soaking them in alcohol.
It is famous for its unique sweet flavor and almond flavor. However, as time goes by, products are being made using various types of stone fruit seeds, such as apricot seeds and peach seeds.
It has a similar scent to almond extract, so it can be replaced when making cakes.
Adding amaretto will enhance the taste of tiramisu.
● Coffee syrup-2 (instant coffee..)
105 g hot water
5g instant coffee
30g sugar
Amaretto 10ml (Marsala, dark rum, Kahlua can be substituted)
♥ Special Mascarpone Cream
3 yolks
55g sugar
1/2 Lemon zest
15ml Negrita dark rum (can replace Marsala or Kahlua,“Baileys”)
25g water
250g mascarpone
190g heavy cream
15g sugar
cocoa powder
Deco white
**** (Deco White is a special sugar powder made so that it does not get wet even when in contact with moisture.
Because it does not absorb moisture, it is used as cake decoration.
The main ingredients are sugar, vegetable oil, and wheat powder.)

Moi aussi j'ai peur des salmonelles ! J'aime beaucoup l'idée de chauffer les jaunes d'œufs et en plus le gâteau se gardera plus longtemps. J'aime aussi beaucoup l'idée du zeste de citron au sucre, car parfois je trouve que le tiramisu est un peu écœurant. Oui c'est la meilleure recette de tiramisu de toute la planète😂🌏, avec le biscuit fait maison. I like how you made a custom pastry shaped to the dish you have. I heard the scapula scraping as you spread the cream -- so the pastry must have been a little crispy, what a great texture in a tiramisu!

Hi Boone, I've been watching and liking and loving your videos for what must be 10 years now. Always beautiful and inspirational. There must be a million different recipes for Tiramisu; I don't think I've seen lemon and coffee together before though! I have a request. Could you make a chocolate olive oil hazelnut cake? I make it very often because it's easy, but your other viewers might like to see it Boone style! I use more hazelnuts on the top Approximate: 150 ml olive oil 50 g cocoa powder (sieved) 2 tsp vanilla extract 150 g ground almonds ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda Pinch of salt 200 g caster sugar 3 large eggs ___ Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C Fan/gas mark 3/325ºF. Grease a 22 or 23 cm/ 9inch springform tin with a little oil and line the base with baking parchment. Measure and sift the cocoa powder into a bowl or jug and whisk in 125ml/½ cup of boiling water until you have a smooth, chocolatey, still runny (but only just) paste. Whisk in the vanilla extract, then set aside to cool a little. In another bowl, combine the ground almonds with the bicarbonate of soda and salt. Put the sugar, olive oil and eggs into a bowl and beat together for about 3 minutes Pour in the cocoa mixture. Add the ground almonds. Mix and pour the batter into the tin. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the sides are set and the very centre, on top, still looks slightly damp. A cake tester should come up mainly clean but with a few sticky chocolate crumbs clinging to it. Let it cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack, still in its tin, and then ease the sides of the cake with a small metal spatula and spring it out of the tin. Leave to cool completely or eat while still warm with some ice cream, as a pudding.
